I think there should be a database for false accusations just like sex offender registry. Why should men have their jobs taken, their reputations tarnished and sent to jail because some woman has a big mouth against men. It’s not fair to punish men because the women have men issues.

It’s safer to just assume that all women will make a false accusation at some point in their lives. They can be guilty until proven innocent. I see all women as a potential liability.

The feels are obviously in effect here. Women seem to have ‘forgotten’ that a false rape is different from a dismissed rape. If there is not enough evidence then it is not a false accusation; a false accusation comes with it a burden of evidence.

A woman that has been raped cannot be convicted of a false accusation for that rape; it is impossible. I surmise that this ‘fear’ of reporting rape is actually the fear of getting caught making false accusations.
