F~~~, it’s Friday morning that started out as a nice day. The factory I work at uses up lots of energy to power up different machinery and even now with temps going down it’s like a sauna in there. Still we are expected to get s~~~ done.

But there’s always a bunch of bitches that have to ruin the day. These two c~~~s at work were “overheating” to a point where they decided to take out a vent that you’d see being used on a paramotor. One of them hooks it up and switches it on on full blast. I look at her and the vent, the f~~~ing thing is so loud that it cancels out the radio music we put on every day. These two bitches are also standing like 10 meters away from it. And honestly at that time it didn’t even get to a very hot temperature inside the building.

So I come up to a vent and look for a switch. I hear that bitch yell “DONT TURN IT OF!!!”. I tell her that I only want to lower the power and not to worry about it. As I find that switch and try to f~~~ around with it, this bitch runs to me, grabs my hand and throws it of. Honestly that got me stunned…. and I look at my supervisor for help. He looks at me and with his usual head movement from side to side he shows me I’m in the wrong….

I then ask him why they need that fan when it’s not even hot. He tells me all kinds of BS in their defense. THen the bitch comes to me and gives me a set of earplugs. I tell her that I’m actually supposed to hear what the hell is going on around me. She tells me “I don’t care”…

Later on that day, female manager shows up and tells that c~~~ to shut down the vent as it is too loud. She comes to the vent with a very angry look on her face and mumbles a bunch of swear words in my direction. At that point I thought of talking with the manager about all of this s~~~, but realized it might just create more drama and both the C~~~ and my Supervisor would become my mortal enemies as they are BOTH on each other’s side.

Still, later on that day “good” news came that we will be starting an afternoon shift and bunch of people would be transferred on it. That will create a s~~~ load of inconveniences for me..

F~~~ this s~~~ seriously! I’m done and after New Years will be doing truck driving courses. In a meanwhile I am thinking of an escape route. I don’t want to screw them over though, perhaps I may need their references down the road. But my gut feeling tells me I’m not getting one from these roaches.

I also should add that factory jobs are worthless. Hard work for s~~~ pay doesn’t pay of. Now they will be thinking about moving all their s~~~ to Mexico when they realize it. But they are slow, especially their management are a bunch of idiots trying to change things. Some things you just can’t fix or change.

C~~~s there are outnumbering men. And men are expected to take out their garbage, clean s~~~ and fix s~~~ for them. While all at the same time their attitudes constantly change for the worse. It’s a toxic nuclear waste environment when c~~~s are involved.

But I’m worried though that truck driving will be eliminated as these autonomous trucks will be hitting the roads within a decade or less. THoughts on this fellas?

P.S.: Don’t let anyone touch you against your will. This is legally an assault. Anyone touches you – get very serious and tell them to keep their hands to themselves.

I drove trucks for 6 month (until I got a DUI). Start pay is very low, and it’s very inconvenient and taxing until you figure all the things like eating, p~~~ing, parking and sleeping, keeping the cabin in good temperature overnight. But if you drive non stop and don’t have rent – it can be worth it if you become an owner operator and then eventually go the route where you book your own loads. It’s great for loners, sightseeing and audiobook and podcast listening. But you have to be smart, stoic and make sure to not f~~~ your health up, because it’s real easy.

Fully automated trucks would require complete overhauling of docks and infrastructure to make it happen. You can’t program it to dock, swap trailers and do pre-trip inspections. First wave of automation will still require operators. Second wave will be – handing off trailers to robots driving on interstates and human operator on side roads and delivering and docking. I think due to liabilities, automated trucks are far in the future. Because human drivers are very cheap and much more reliable.

Automation will hit factory c~~~s first. Heck, it already has. Who needs c~~~ dramas, childcare crises and ‘monthly’ time off when you can have a nice smooth, clean, reliable robot that works 24/7?

It’ll be a while for automatic trucks (Hey! They just reinvented the train!) to really take off. They’re pushing it hard, but the tech is not yet up to scratch and the legal issues are horrendous.

Where you and your human qualities and skills matter.
Where you are not “easily” replaced.

The more difficult the task, the better.

The problem is that it was the C~~~ that got Physical, so they might as well be on her side. The good thing is that my manager is Serbian and seems to like me for just being Russian.

But then again would a woman support another woman when it comes to issues like this?

Ok, I would try that next time she tries to swing. And then probably complain to HR. But would that make me a rat or reasonable complaint?

And also, did you only do long haul truck driving? I have seen a lot of local driving required for a decent compensation. The problem is I don’t have much driving experience overall, nor do I have a car.

I actually play Euro Truck sim for many hours 🙂 Ohh well if it happens then it happens. THe thing is, who is going to unload it right? So there has to be someone in the truck to do labour I guess.

Airplanes can fly on autopilot but there’s always someone at the controls just in case (mouse chewing wire).

One at a time while nobody was looking the chairs started disappearing until there was none! It took me a week to bury them in the dumpster under all the other s~~~.

Workers were bitching and threatening to kill whoever was responsible for the chairs vanishing. We got all new chairs the following Monday. Nobody ever found out where they went or who took them! Some were even threatening to QUIT!

The harder I’ve worked in my life the less money I’ve made.

I have to laugh at people, especially women, babbling how hard they work. There is no money in hard work. There’s money in easy work and then pretending it’s hard.

The sooner you figure that out, and the fact that nobody in this world actually gives a s~~~ or will respect you for hard work, the better you can take care of yourself. Which you’re going to have to do as a man, because God knows nobody gives a s~~~ about anyone born with a penis.

Manufacturing is the worst. You dont matter to the managers. All you are is just a number. So tired of working at these places only to get laid off because of shut down and start all over again. Like other MGTOW have said find a job that where you will matter and your skills. I will be doing the same.
