Last Friday night at a nice restaurant

Last Friday I went out with three work friends. I am their client and once a year or so they take me out. The table next to us is a table for two and two different couples sat there during our dinner. Both obvious date nights. Both are in their 40’s/50’s, so roughly my age.

Our table: two guys, two women (cool women). I’m recently divorced, he is going through it now, being drug through the s~~~ (he has assets). The two women, one on her second marriage and the other on her first. They are cool women. I don’t know that they are unicorns, but they are fun. Anyway, the topic of divorce comes up and the other guy and I start comparing notes. I go through the list of women I have dated before (did a long post on it a while back) and my ex’s friends. All cheaters, liars, and one who got knocked up on purpose to trap a guy. I make sure I’m saying it loud enough so the table next to us can hear if they are trying.

We of course are laughing our asses off, but I’m pretty sure there were two guys next to me that had interesting conversations after they left the restaurant. After dropping $150 or so on dinner. However, hopefully I saved them hundreds of thousands, so it should be the best $150 they ever spent.
