    https://www.cbsnews.com/news/kurdish-forces-facing-off-with-turkey-in-northern-syria/

    – In a phone call Wednesday, President Trump urged Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to limit an assault on a Kurdish enclave in northern Syria or risk conflict with American forces.

——–Yea this is going to expand into a much larger battle. I bet US troops are going to be in it soon.—–wonder where Syria and Russia are going to fall in the new battle field.

    Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Turkish President Erdogan was put in power by the western deep state, but the situation turned sour. The western deep state trying to have him removed from office and they failed. He turned to Russia for protection. Now, he is trying to recreate the Ottoman Empire, which him being the leader.

Turkish President Erdogan knows that none of the leaders of the major powers on any side trusts him and no matter who wins, when things calm down the winner will have him ousted from power.

Due to all this, Turkish President Erdogan having Turkish military forces attack the Kurds could be a case of him stirring the pot, with him hoping that if he sparks World War III, at the end Turkey will be standing while the major powers are destroyed.

If this is the case, that is an insane gamble.

For the Kurds, the U.S. has screwed them over a number of times going back decades. The only good news in this is that both President Trump of USA and President Putin of Russia likely do not like this turn of events. This is because the Kurds are a known factor. Even if the Kurds gain their own nation, they are not going to try anything and will be open to foreign investments for their oil. This offers the possibility of influence to keep things calm.

If played right the Kurds can be used as a buffer group to stabilize parts of the middle east. While many muslims do not like the Kurds, in most causes it is a tolerable dislike, instead of a violent dislike.

I think the initial intent was to back the Kurds and partition off a piece of Syria, Turkey said f~~~ off.

U.S./Israel will continue to mess with Iranian allies in other ways.

The irony is the U.S., Russia, and President Assad of Syria would likely be open to a Kurdish nation in eastern strip of Syria.

If you look at a population density map of Syria, most of the Syrian population is near the western coast, or the middle of the nation. In many respects, the eastern strip of Syria is not a large loss for Syria.

Assad’s forces and the Kurds are not really interested in fighting each other. The Kurdish nation would be a buffer nation for a number of groups on both sides. Assad would know a Kurdish nation would make Turkey less likely to focus on Syria.

    Two reasons.

First, the area has natural resources which everyone wants.

The other reason is the Turkish government hates the Kurds. It is a long, ugly history going back a century.

F~~~ Turkey. I wouldn’t shed a single f~~~ing tear if both the Armenians and the Kurds both got nuclear weapons and blasted half of Turkey into rubble.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

I don’t know the answer to this one, I am guessing Assad doesn’t want any U.S./Israeli/ISIS backed entities operating in his country right now though, at all. 400,000 people dead, much of it because of U.S./Israeli/ISIS interference. We will have to see how long this goes on with Turkey and the Kurds and what Assad’s response is exactly.
