Gregory G. Brown, Esq. of Irvine-based business, family and trial law firm Brown & Charbonneau, says that while Kardashian West might not have recorded the video, she “does have exposure” for sharing the phone call clip on social media.”

I find it unlikely that she’ll end up behind bars. If she does, it’ll be for a criminally short period. I mean Martha Stewart only got five months. Bloody Michelle Rodrigeuz spent a few weeks in prison before they took her out due to “prison overcrowding”. The same thing happened to Paris Hilton.

And even if they do throw the book at her, it’ll just make her even more famous. Often a celebrity’s fame just increases after they’ve been jailed, à la Mike Tyson. So really, it might be nice to see her endure some suffrage in the short-term, but in the long, it won’t do us any favours. Because she’ll receive twice as much media attention during the trial, throughout her incarceration, and after her release. We’ll never stop hearing about her. A year from now she’ll have her book out, My Time in the Big House.

This also just goes to show what f~~~ed-up priorities the legal system has. They might be about to jail Kardashian for being an accessory to a phone call – but when Britney Spears drove down a motorway with her four-month-old son on her lap in 2006, she got nothing. They’ve let axe murderers off with second and third charges in the past, but sedition is one of the few crimes left in Britain which I believe is still punishable by death.

OK I just Googled it; apparently it was abolished in 1998, along with the death penalty, but it’s weird because I once read in a newspaper that it could still be done as recently as 2007.
