    What a joke.

You are employed by the government and no matter what your personal beliefs should be, since you are employed for the people you should learn to either represent and respect that or find another line of work, but nope rather stay around with the job, cry about your faith being under attack, make sure you keep your benefits and pension of course. I am sure she knew if she quit and went some place else that would probably require her to really work, she wouldn’t last long. Rather stick around with the help of a few other bleeding heart liberals while using hypocrisy to make your claims. Against your faith you say? Divorcing the amount of times you did (married 4 times now) would have and should be a sin, hence against your faith, but no you want to have the options. Pretty much like most if not all women, want to have the options to choose what they see fit regardless of how illogic it may seem, only to when it suite their benefits. No one will question her as to if she really cared so much about her faith and if you are compelled by your job to follow your duties, for her to just leave. No one would tell her that she is being a hypocrite because I am sure if they did the amount of backlash they would receive for a “woman” being attacked for her supposed beliefs (use the term loosely here) than the fact she is being disingenuous in what she says. No, they did rather look the other way and keep the ball rolling. I am quite sure if it was a man in her position who did this, he would have been suspended possible, terminated or forced to step down from his position due to public opinion and pressure, and for violating the job he was supposed to do, and lose all his benefits, but can’t have that for a woman though. Also how much you all want to bet she will get to keep everything and that jail time she spent won’t even be on her record.

I hold that the whole posturing against gay marriage is a way for parts of Christiandom to mask that they have a divorce problem. I also hold that the stand against abortion is a way to show that they care about humanity, even if they don’t care about the poor.

As for Kim Davis? Meh. If she doesn’t want to do those, then move her elsewhere. Her religion isn’t being targeted. What you have is social trends go against the way she wants things to be.

Someone tell that stupid t~~~ that entering a contract between two parties and the state by a justice of the peace is entirely different than being married in the eyes of a deity by a clergy.
