Hi Guys,

Just going to throw this out there but the past few months I’ve become very aware of my strong sex drive which then urges me to engage with women looking for a shag or even booking escorts. On a mental level I know if I sort myself this urge will be removed quickly and the lizard brain disengaged.

Do you guys have any tips for killing or toneing down your own sex drives to the point you have no interest in women and get on with more practical and beneficial things ?

Even pushing 50 you still have these urges. I actually find them quite inconvenient. Just jerk one off quick and move on.

Happens to a lot of us, knocking one out makes it go away for a while and will save you having to waste time and money on pursuing/paying for sex (they should be paying us or at least splitting the tab 1/2 way as they get pleasure from it also).

Your mind is always stronger than your sex drive. Probably the best way to deal with it. If you can control your sex drive, you feel almost as if you can control everything. There’s really nothing stopping you from giving in to your sex drive. It’s all in your mind.

Masturbation kills the urge for the time being and works, and it doesn’t require as much commitment and willpower. You can also work out and try to lower your bodyfat percentage. Once it gets to a certain low threshold, your sex drive basically become nonexistent. Although, it’s probably unhealthy to maintain such low bodyfat over the long term.

Why the f~~~ would you want to kill a bodily function? To me, needing to f~~~/releasing the urge to f~~~ is the same as taking a p~~~ or s~~~. It’s perfectly natural.

With that being said, I don’t have sex with women. I prefer fleshlights/sex dolls/porn to women. If however, someone made it known to me they wanted to have sex and they were hot, I’d take up the offer. I just don’t go around seeking it.

You can kill your sex drive if you sleep lesser or are sleepy during day. This works quite good and I approve it.

Mind over matter is correct. But it’s no fun to say the least. It sucks. And directly contrary to fundamental biological programming. I would suggest re-channeling your energy somehow.

Make your career/business and improving yourself a priority.

You can also consider taking Boxing/MMA. You’ll make friends, lose weight, look younger, and feel confident knowing you stand more than a fair chance and defending yourself out in the jungle. When you start sparring you’ll be able to feel people out more. Your physical health will improve and maintain. There was even a guy at the gym I visited 64 years old doing Muy Thai and lite B.J.J. with a 30 something.
