In a factum filed in Ontario Superior Court Wednesday, lawyers representing Khadr say the legal team representing Tabitha Speer and Sgt. Layne Morris has relied on hearsay “so vague and unreliable as to be of zero probative value.”

It doesn’t look like there’s much of a chance of the American plaintiffs getting anything out of Khadr. I just can’t believe that Trump is still silent on this. Whatever his reasons are, I’m just not getting it…

(71% of Canadians are against the Khadr pay out. It doesn’t seem though that Turdeau gives a s~~~.)

As a Canadian citizen, taxpayer, and a former defender of the Canadian people, I hereby authorize agents of the citizens of the USA to take any and all appropriate steps against this traitor Khadr, on behalf of the widow of his victim.

Kindly clean up the mess before you leave.
    Thank you

    -edit-
I should also add that at least 71% of Canadians are also against this travesty.

    ^ I’m glad a soldier chimed in on this. It’s a precipitous decline for a nation’s morale.

This may be one of those times where “money isn’t everything” and beyond the initial gloating, I should think he won’t get to “enjoy” a dime of it.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

You’re of course talking legal “appropriate steps”. You shouldn’t forget to be specific about that sort of thing. I mean Canada is currently under enemy occupation and they’re rounding-up those who refuse to collaborate… 😀

Actually things are a little wonky reference the Canadian Forces as well. Both the Minister of National Defense and the Chief of Defense Staff are staunch Liberals. The CDS himself got his job only because he was Canada’s second biggest mangina.

I do not envy the currently serving members. I suspect that their morale is at a record low…

You’re of course talking legal “appropriate steps”.

Why of course I am referring to “legal” appropriate steps my good sir.
I am, after all, at my core a Canadian.
As such I may tend to be too polite for polite company.

I however, am just not restricting that legality to Canadian Law/Jurisprudence. Nor for that matter, laws that govern western people/nations.

Legally speaking, Mr. Khadr should have been handed over to the Afghanistan authorities upon capture, as he is/was a guerilla combatant/insurgent engaged in a “civil war” against the legal government of a country he was not a citizen of.

However “western” morality caused that application of law to be subverted, due to the likelihood that once handed over to the correct authority, Mr. Khadr would have not received appropriate medical care, he would have been interrogated (tortured for information), and then he would have been presented with summary execution in the field.
That is both legal and morally correct in Afghanistan.

Had Mr. Khadr been a wounded American, British, Canadian, Dutch, or any other legitimate soldier of an “allied” nation captured on the field of battle he would have suffered the torture and execution so easily meted out by terrorists either immediately, or on film at a later date for propaganda purposes.
That treatment is both legal and morally correct to the insurgents.
He was not, so this scenario did not happen.

Legally speaking Mr. Khadr is guilty of more than “just” terrorist acts, or even murder. He is also guilty of High Treason against two Nations (Canada and Afghanistan).

    Again.
Of course I mean legal appropriate actions.

I’m definitely not a legal expert but that certainly seems to be the case. I’m not sure how this fact can just be ignored.

I see also in the media the term “child soldier” is still being (incorrectly) applied to Khadr. Under international law Khadr was most definitely not a “child soldier”. It’s unsettling the blatant and obvious lies which the MSM seems to be getting away with…

To Turdeau if you’re not a Liberal you don’t exist. I seriously think that this gives him a truly distorted view of himself. I honestly, really don’t think that he has any clue just how passionately he’s hated.

He’s definitely the most hated Canadian politician there has ever been in my lifetime…

(And when you consider how despised his father was that’s actually saying something quite significant)

It is at an all time low. There have been record breaking numbers of suicides amongst soldiers, year after year. It is crushing our national pride and degrading our soldiers. That is what our government has been doing to our armed forces. These politicians are committing high treason as far as I’m concerned. It is truly disgusting to see this happen.

If they’re saying this out-loud in Ontario, the Liberal cesspool centre of the universe, just imagine what they’re thinking about him in Fort MacMurray or Regina…

Just as turdeau said if you kill your enemies they win so give them 10 million instead.

What disgusts me is the poll claiming that “71% of Canadians disapprove of the Khadr payout”.

Khadr’s Compensation: 71% of Canadians say government made wrong call by settling out of court

So where were all these f~~~ers during the last federal election? Turdeau made it absolutely clear during his election campaign that he supported terrorists, Canadians taking up arms against their fellow Canadians or aiding a national enemy, keeping their rights as Canadian citizens. It was part of his election platform. Did those “71%” think that Turdeau was just f~~~ing kidding!?!

Sitting at home dreaming of legal pot, and waiting for the political largess to flow into their pockets, not realizing that those promises were never meant for them, nor meant to be kept.
liberals are anything BUT actually liberal, they never have been and never will be.
