Brothers i have a problem

I am an addict, even though i agree to almost everything in MGTOW i keep seeking the attention of you know who. I keep stumbling into relationships for that quick fix of emotions and sex.
I am weak, i recently (3 weeks ago) came out of a relationship (more sexdating but she feels like it was serious) had to end it since she wanted to go full retard, never go full retard.
So last weekend i was at my friends 40 year old party and his wife’s young cousin and i hooked up for some casual….
I love the attention like a little whore, she keeps texting me and wants to meet again, i know its a trap.

I know where this weaknes is coming from, when i was young i could not get their attention, I was a little whimp, weak and soft. In my adult life i have divorced, focused on personal improvement (i hit the gym or the tracks every day) and left my deskjob for the military where I run a close protection team. I walk tall and I am proud of myslef and the change i have done, when i look back it feels like i am a totally different person.
The girls smell this, they are attracted to me and the things that was impossible when i was young is all around me.

I am afraid of being stuck in another dead end relationship, forced to adapt to another person, more kids (have 2 that I love more then life but i dont want to do it again)
At the same time i am afraid of living my life alone, why cant all this just be easy?
Have to get rid of this addiction, stop seeking their attention but when i try they just come at me even harder untill i cant resist.

You have two choices:
