We’ve had a few posts on this case where the woman falsely accused lots of men of rape.

Today she got sentenced to 10 years in jail. Let this be a deterrent to other women who falsely accuse men of anything:

This could have been prevented if men had each other’s backs. Any mghow in good standing falsely accused can PM me and if I have evidence, I would be willing to speak to your lawyer if it helps your case. I hope other men start doing the same.

I always thought it would be a good idea to install at least 4 cameras in your home recording at all times:

The Front Door
The Back Yard
The Living Room
Your Bedroom

For the brothers who engage in casual sex or partake in dating women, eventually most will end up back at your home unless you always go to her house or a motel.

The probability of the relationship ending at some point is 100%. Something could go down at your home; either and argument or a false rape allegation.

It is illegal to videotape and/or record someone without their consent in most states. Any attempted collection of video/audio evidence to blackmail someone will not hold any weight in a court of law.

However, if you can show precedent that you keep ongoing video records (at least 1 year because we all know women can come back years later to file an allegation) for security purposes and it just so happened to catch evidence from a date in question you may be able to use that as a suitable defense in a court of law.

The woman would never have to know she is being recorded because the tapes are for security purposes much like that at a convenience store or gas station.

I’m not an attorney but I’ve wondered if that precaution might beneficial.

sentence for malicious false accusation charges should be equivalent to the crime being accused. Is not perjury a crime?

She ruined the lives of 15 men, and should spent no less than the rest of her life in prison. Probably wouldn’t be longer than 10 years anyways before she dies of a heart attack. fat f~~~
