Here’s an interesting article that states the reasons why judges overturn prenuptial agreements:

Personally, I feel that if you sign a contract, you’re bound to that contract no matter what. If judges have the power to decide the terms of your divorce if they don’t agree with the prenup, then…why bother drafting a prenup?! I want to live in a world where people honor their contracts with each other. If you don’t like the contract, don’t sign it.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Just one more reason among hundreds if not thousands, on why us men should avoid marriage like the plague.
Provided of course, you do not wish to risk losing untold amount of your sanity, wealth, freedom, etc.

I’ll state the obvious-the most expensive piece of ass you ever pay for is your (ex) wife.

"what a waste of a life, to marry, give up your freedom, just for the hope of not dying alone. Don't get married Son."

As mentioned before, the State has jurisdiction over your marriage and no matter what you and your gold-digger agree on, it’s always up to a judge to decide to f~~~ you over in accord with her lawyer.
The prenup won’t be approved if the judge sees that the man got smart and is protecting his interests. Marriage isn’t about a man’s best interests to begin with and now you can be f~~~ed even before you get married by being forced to ply to the judges demands!
    How romantic!

Don't let them Blame, Shame or Tame you!
Give 'em NOTHING, not even an answer!

“Prenuptial Agreements” From the man’s side of a prenup it metaphorically reads:
“agreed, we use Valvolene grease to lubricate my neck to avoid rope burns!
We use 89 octane gasoline, and not 93 to set me ablaze.
Only the use of a sharp axe will be permitted to chop me to pieces.

    And the woman’s side, metaphorically:
This clause subverts that clause, that clause undermines this clause, and when we’re all done pulling every string in the book, the man becomes by default, “forever”, enslaved by the hoe hoe hoe, Santa Clause!

Marriage contracts make a mockery of the law of contracts in common law.
There’s no benefit or detriment or conditions or warranties of any description regarding the male if he’s the breadwinner.
Precedent dictates that woman don’t guarantee or make any promises of cooking, washing, conversation, sex or even fidelity. In fact, the woman doesn’t promise anything.
There’s no guaranteed benefit what so ever to the male breadwinner.
However, as divorce proceedings will show, the male breadwinner has a s~~~load of debilitating financial obligations that in some cases, run to eternity.
It’s the biggest mockery of our legal system ever devised and every bitch knows exactly how criminally biased it is.
It’s the reason why they all want to get married to a man despite spending a hamster lifetime snickering and attempting to belittle them behind their backs. And once they have ownership under the law, the charm bracelets come off and it’s back to being a woman again.

There’s been a big push over the last 15 years to get judges to overturn Prenups. That said, if you do a prenup…never co mingle funds. This means never pay for a home together…if she lives in the home…she stipulates it’s not hers and is only for habitation during the relationship and will GTFO once the relationship ends.

Also, in many states, if she files DV against you…you can be kicked out of your home…even with a prenup…FYI

Every woman is a slut, if you catch her on the right day.
