A Canadian judge has resigned over his comments during a rape trial.

The accused man has been acquitted TWICE.

The accuser’s statement:

“What did he get from asking that,” she said. “He made me hate myself and he made me feel like I should have done something, like I was some kind of a slut.”

Yeah, it’s the judge’s fault.

I sorta screwed up what I was trying to disseminate here.

My bad.

There was a rape trial. For two years a young man was imprisoned. His mother died while he was in prison, while her son was an accused rapist.

Two years later, two years in jail for an innocent man, he gets his trial.

The judge senses the girl is lying. The judge says “mean things” to the girl because her story does not add up. He concludes that she was drinking and was being slutty. And that she lied about the rape.

The young man is acquitted. The judge’s comments are scrutinized. There is a retrial of the man who was acquitted. He is found innocent a second time! In an altogether different court, different judge.

Now the girl, the 19 year old woman accuser, cries about hurt feelings.

End result, the judge resigns because of social pressure.

The judge did his job. He found the truth.

The question to me is, why is she NOT being charged for ruining this young man’s life?

She also ruined the judge’s life.

Wow! The lack of accountability levels are over 9000!
