    Gentlemen, brothers:

The final piece of paperwork that the judge wanted was given to him today. His clerk said that the judge would sign my divorce papers as soon as he is out of court for the afternoon. As of today I will have drawn my last breathe as a married man.

I feel 50 pounds lighter and you couldn’t wipe the smile off my face if you tried. Some other time I’ll post about the crap I was drug through for 3 years, but for today it is all positive. And to any of you guys going through it right now, holy s~~~ does it feel good to know that it’s over. Churchill said if you are going through hell, keep going. I can stand proof that there is an end to hell if you keep going, and it’s f~~~ing beautiful on the other side!!

And to any women lurking out there, if you think I’m going to risk going through that f~~~ing s~~~ again, you’re crazy. I am happier today than I was on my wedding day, and even more optimistic than I was on that day.

Finally, I have to say thank you to Keymaster for creating this site, and to everyone who contributes. I can’t tell you what a help it’s been to be here. I never heard of monkey-branching before, but I sure as hell knew what it was when she said she wanted to know if i wanted to try one last time. From the divorce and relations~~~ hell to the funny to the uplifting, the stories on this website are like oxygen. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Congratulations brother. I can hear the the shackles being torn off. The air you breathe must be so fresh.

For the manginas there is another shark in the water roaming perhaps desperately. We will welcome him too with open arms 🙂

Thanks guys. I think I know how Stealthy feels now! I have more energy than I know what to do with.

I did go buy a great bottle of bourbon last night and had a toast or two (or three) on my own. Friday night is already planned with my buddies. I was already happy just knowing that this day would come, but it feels even better than I imagined.

CONGRATULATIONS! You can now set your own course in life, free of the selfish influences of that “other” gender. Marriage is like walking through an airport blindfolded. You hope you get on the right flight, but truth is you really have no idea where you are headed. Wish you the best, brother, flying solo!
