Guys:

Introductions seemed like the place to start.  I just turned 50.  I’m a 23-year veteran of the military (retiring next month),  and I’ve had two serious relationships in my life.  The first was my marriage (divorced in 1994), and the second was a 3+-year long relationship that I thought was leading to marriage (ended in 2012).  In both cases, the woman involved proved far less interested in me than in what I could provide for her.  I thought there was some fault in me, and because I’m a recovered “white knight”, I guess that’s true – though not for the reasons I thought at the time.  Finding your videos on YouTube was a godsend, because through them I learned that my sense of gross injustice did not lay just with me.  All over the world, women’s sense of entitlement fueled by unbridled feminism is abusing our entire gender.  I’ve had enough of it.  So that’s why I’m here.  Now, I don’t hate women, and I’m not going to turn down the odd offer of pussy when it comes – only that my life will never again focus on any woman.  My wealth, my property, my life – that’s all MY stuff now, and I’m not sharing.

I would especially like to thank Neo Unplugged, Sandman, John the Other, Thorium, Bane666 and Sargon of Akkad – it was your videos that I saw first, and informed my decision to join.

I’d like to thanks you for your service, my father was is also a military vet so i have the utmost respect for anyone who serves. With that said i would like to welcome you, I myself am new to this community and if its one thing most of us all have in common is we have all had some unfortunate experiences with the opposite sex. It is unfortunate to hear that a lot of the time you spent in developing those relationship seem to have been for nothing in the end but you cant keep a strong man down and I have to say i have same mentality like you in that i’m not going to turn down an offer of pussy but i wont make another woman the focus of my life. Simply living our lives for ourselves anyone else that disagrees to hell with them. Anyway, its a pleasure to meet you and hope to have more discussions in the future take care.

Let the journey begin… Thanks again for your service… Now we really  have to find out for ourselves – how did I end up volunteering for these relationships that left me dead in the water…. In my story I became obsessed with attention and sex from women… Even in my daily life now Im still catching myself sometimes looking for that easy POA or some sort of approval from a woman – old behavior = pain  … What MGTOW is helping me with is the reinforcement of self discovery –  Its like this – some alcoholics just quit drinking  and become miserable non drinkers – some get the help they need to bring their lives back to sanity. This always involves finding out why they became heavy drinkers to begin with – So it is with our dependency issues with women on every level … To make a blanket statement that “I don’t care what women think anymore” as a result of our history is just whistling in the dark – albeit it can be a beginning… Finding the path to disconnecting from this focus on women is the mainstay…Ya women have a s~~~load of issues which Im not responsible for or interested in any longer – Now the goal is to – as you said – focus on me and the revival of my success and sanity….
