Translation: She is burned so many bridges the only high paying contract job she has left is with 21st Century Fox X-men movie franchise. With the possible Disney buy out of 21st Century Fox, that company might not exist in a year, and thus she will be out of her last possible acting job.

X-men Dark Phoenix is scheduled to come out later this year, but that film might not even get shown, due to the Disney buy out.

Deadpool 2 was moved up a money from June to May to make sure it came out before the possible buyout was finalize.

So, she is “quitting” before is becomes clear no one will work with her. And she says a year to see what happens with 21st Century Fox and the X-men movie franchise.

So she’s going from acting on the casting couch to acting like she knows anything in politics. Doesn’t sound like she’s taking any time off from acting, she’s just changing roles.
The timing of this couldn’t be any better. She turns 28 this year and I’m sure the wall is starting to appear in her line of sight. Now that the poundmetoo movement has destroyed her chance to get any more roles where she doesn’t have to have any real talent, it makes sense that she’d attempt something like this.
