    Afaik (bearing in mind that I’m not Japanese, nor have I ever traveled to Japan – although I do aspire to visit there some day), not usually. Hence the ‘so to speak’.

    But I think you know that. The whole Momma’s basement thing is regularly used by feminists and manginas to attempt to belittle MGTOW.
