A buddy of mine pays child support. If my buddy goes to the store and purchases goods in the amount of money that he writes on the check, and delivers these goods to the home where the child resides, this is not the court-designated payment for “child support”. The court system doesn’t even recognize goods and services as payment for the court enforced child support.

Keep it in your pants my single brothers. This war is only getting started…

Women go on about how men shouldn’t have a say in abortion laws because it is their body, but yet think it is ok to lie to man about being the father and thinking it is ok to make him pay child support. Women say there is a war on women but what about men? Having to pay child support for a kid that isn’t yours and having a court that is against men sounds like a war on men to me. If that was me I would just leave the country and never come back. First I would break into her house and steal any money I could find then get on a plane and just disappear to some other country where she could never take my money again.

Men need to get a DNA test the second their child is born. Men need to have the right to a DNA test. As soon as the baby comes out it needs to go to the lab for get a DNA sample taken before being given to the mother. The signing of the birth certificate should not happen until the test comes back positive.

Yes! I agree with the points everyone made. I used to be
a corrections officer and I knew many of such cases. The
problem is with the laws in place and are maintained and most created
by social services. Most of social service workers are predominantly
female I might add. Yes, when I was fighting custody, I had to
fight for “man’s right” to custody. I won, however, nothing was said
by anyone, the judge nor social services, about the mother paying
child support.

Child support is important, if it’s used correctly. But it isn’t.
The newest trend in the past 20 or so years is women having
children without the father being involved just to get the tax breaks,
the insurance, the sympathy of help, etc..and still breeding… We men
continue this trend, when it is within our power to put a stop to it..
I have seen women care with special attention to the baby who’s father
is around and neglect the baby who’s father isn’t and spend the child
support money on herself. Don’t get me started on food stamps…

DNA testing should be mandatory in such cases, but they will say that the
burden of proof lies with the accused.

As a man who takes a stand for fatherless children, it is for that very reason
men are trained and raised up by women and empowers them.

next time a woman says it’s OK, she’s on the pill, say, “yeah, so am I, the red pill.” I also think it a double standard that men need to have paternity tests  to prove they aren’t the father, but if he is served too late, or never gets a court notice (it happens) he never gets to have a paternity test therefore child is his, therefore he has to pay. That is not the kind of logic that results from a gender neutral fair and balanced society, nor would it come from a “patriarchy.”

This is totally f~~~ed up beyond belief when a Man has to pay for a f~~~ing kid that ain’t even His!. that concept is so messed up on every level that it would be like, having to pay for the person in front of You in a grocery store line all because You stood behind Him so therefor You need to pay His entire Grocery bill.

I mean, what does it have to do with the Tea in China?. These goddamn feminist have got the system wrapped in their tiny fingers as well as in their favor sometimes. Men in the court system have absolutely no chance. I just hope there are Red Pill Lawyers out there see this s~~~, and do something out about it, to help their fellow Man out, I mean, s~~~.

 

That all time classic line of “I’m on the Pill” have made Men slaves to Child support system, and half of the kids they pay child support for aren’t even theirs!!!. I’ll never forget, a few years back overhearing a Female Bartender in a bar in NY, was bragging to her friend about cheating on Her Husband with “Guys that look like Him” so that if she ever got pregnant “At least the kid would look like Him”. Both of them laughed their asses off and called it Genius!, brilliant!.  Like it was a Hollywood f~~~ing review for a movie.

I sometimes wonder if women like these lack a real conscious.

The family court system is nothing more that a legalized extortion enterprise.

If anything bad ever happened to the participants in this organized crime syndicate, (i.e. one of these lawyers or judges that do this were to have the same thing happen to them) they would not have my sympathy.

It almost makes me wonder if they rubber stamp Protective Orders to protect these legalized thieves just incase one of their victims does take vengeance.
