Nope. The original conviction was overturned. The 4 year ‘suspended’ is not served in jail. If it was the other way round I’m guessing they would have thrown away the key.

First off Jolie may be an “x”, but she clearly views herself as a 10.
IMO this is a turnoff.
I’m not attracted to low self esteem laydeez, but laydeez with inflated egos are a turn off.
Before letting someone off the hook, it should be a prerequisite that should the perp repeat the crime, those who let her off the hook should pay eye for an eye. Same for false rape; accuse someone falsely and the accuser does that specific sentence.

A suspended sentence means the sentence has no effect unless she reoffends during those 4 years.

So at the end of the 4 years, she wont even have a criminal record, because the slate is wiped clean.

Look at the comments light up though. Sad for this poor guy that he had to suffer that and she got away free.

Good to see the Court of Appeal facing such public condemnation in the comments though for gender bias. Those judges are having to live with egg on their faces, the public are starting to notice and ask questions about this type of stuff.

The whole legal system is being questioned by the public and being brought into disrepute.
