Greetings Brothers,
I’m glad to find others of like mind. A little about me, I’m in my mid fifties, divorced, and recently retired. I’ve always valued my freedom, even though I’ve been in many relationships with women over the years. The one black mark on my permanent record is being married the one time. The divorce was many years ago, the damage long since repaired. The marriage produced one son, a now constant source of pride.
I consort with women on a sporadic basis, though with my advancing age and the attending drop in libido, the big head is fully in charge.
I look forward to the war stories and the banter.

You are lucky. My testosterone is uncontrollable at times. I just know for a fact that I DO NOT want to ever end up in a police car or JAIL, ever again. That helps me more than anything. The ONE phone call. She only has to make ONE phone call.

I agree, but while my shields are always up occasionally one sneaks in. Seems to happen with just the right amount of alcohol. Normally I like to keep them at a safe distance to observe their behavior. Almost like going to the zoo.
I went out with one woman last year maybe 10 times in total. EVERY date she would at some point steer the conversation to how I felt about marriage. The desperation was comical, but I finally grew tired of it and walked away. The woman I dated most recently tried the hard to get game after a few months, trying to increase my interest. I’ve seen it before. No sale.

You & I very much alike & I am glad you introduced yourself.
I find a lot of enjoyment watching the parade of fools marching by in their self delusion of make believe happiness. I do give directions in a subtle way to the MGTOW life. Its my way of BEING.
I am retired
I live debt free.
I make absolutely no commitment to women. I don’t hate them or resent them. Someone on this site wrote ” they are what they are” & that solidified my own view.

I don’t force my MGTOW beliefs on anyone, but depending on the circumstance, if asked I might relay some really un-PC opinions. I was very careful when I was employed, but now, not so much. I’m happy to let people be themselves but if I see someone making willful bad decisions I want a good seat to see the wreck.
