me—–day one–5×5 squats, bent over rows, standing press
    day off
day three–5×5 dead lifts, bench, shrugs

Basically an adaption of Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength program

I’m almost 62 and need the rest day and can’t handle the greater volumes that other programs would demand. Making steady strength gains, gaining stamina, improving balance/stability, etc.

Not much to say about lifting, but I swear that 4 hours/week on the elliptical cures hemorrhoids faster than any cream.

Lifting should be a part of every MGTOW man’s lifestyle in my opinion. There is nothing better than killing it in the gym. It is nice to have something that you can pursue that will show results. The training is all about you an no other. It’s not a team activity. I love lifting!
