My anger was capped long ago by a man from Lithuania, I simply adopted his patient attitude, and emulated his demeanor until it was mine. I don’t do road rage, even after a panic skid to a dead stop avoiding an accident. I don’t even look at people when their in the wrong, and I don’t respond to angry profanity shouted or gestured, It wasn’t but a week ago when a man (impatient) passed me on the right and cut in front all p~~~ed off, my bro said WTF, I had no expression or response, and I do keep out of the passing lane even at 100mph. You never know when a Maserati doing 185 will show up, or even worse, a state trooper going to the doughnut shop! Nothing against you cops, just being funny….

I let anger (and all negative emotions) run its course. It dissipates soon enough. I do not try to shove it away, and I do not feed it or harbor grudges either.

There are two types of people in this world, ones who masturbate and ones who lie about it. The world is full of “not me” and “not my fault” kind of people. They have lives they feel the don’t deserve and are looking for someone to blame it on. You have white supremacists who blame others for their issues. I think its important to express anger healthily so I use anger as a positive and direct it with positive goals to address whatever injustice made me angry. Hypothetical example, if I was falsely accused of something then I would be justifiably angry, so I would channel that anger into volunteering at a charity that addresses false allegations or supported men who had been the victims of that in some way.

Then anger becomes healthy

I have been following this hashtag situation for some time, my knowledge is second hand but I can say the following:

The hashtag blacklivesmatter appeared before #whitelivematter. #Alllivesmatter was inbetween them, my guess it was a way of people with at least some reason left to say something while remaining politically correct.
I dare say that #blacklivesmatter contained black supremacist propaganda, ignorance of crime statistics and other disconcerting messages.
Very later the hashtag whitelivesmatter appeared triggered by the murder of 2 white journalists. After its appearence it got /pol/s support…
Now we have the current situation that we see today.

Personally I am baffled by some of the messages and ignorance that I found with the hashtag blacklivesmatter. Whilst a white person can not say the equivalent because it would be too politically incorrect, in other words racist. Clearly the real racists here are the ones propogating black supremacy but nobody calls it out because of political correctness…

In response to BigD, I understand and agree, but ignoring it will not solve the problem.

I have seen people say that saying all lives matter is like saying “go home negro” back in the 1960’s. The truth these types of people need a villain and white people are the easiest target. The thing is though white peoples numbers are being thinned so eventually there will not be enough white people to keep blaming. When this happens a new villain will be needed and my guess is black people will become the new white people. Black men will be the bad guys based on crime stats and lack of being a dad. Black women will be labeled as villains as well because they the narrative of black women having too many fatherless kids and being rude and aggressive will be used. Any race could be turned into the next villain, but it seems like black people are being set up to replace white people.
