This young woman will have a hell of a time once she enters the real world. However, I agree with Von and others quitting a job isn’t a big deal.

You have to disconnect your self-worth from your job title. Most jobs suck, you are there to make someone else money in THEIR system. That’s it. If you don’t enjoy your work move on to somewhere more suitable.

There’s a reason why they’re called “jobs.” Most “jobs” are soul crushing indeed and most people do them because they need money. Goods and services. Most of us on here didn’t have social media like kids have it today. Imagine if you recorded all the dumb s~~~ you did when you were 16 years old. That’s what’s happening right now. These kids are going to be grandmas one day and wish that all those videos of them twerking or complaining about their cheating escapades never existed lol.

Welcome to the wonderful world of “once you put it out there on the internet…it’s there FOREVER.” The internet never forgets 😉

Why aren’t kids being taught how to invest or learn how to start their own business? Instead schools are still teaching them nonsense. And yet, parents of today still allow it (most of them anyway). I don’t ever want kids, but if I had them I would never let them enter a public school. I’d want them to know how to learn on their own and make rationale decisions. Schools today do not teach children how to make rationale decisions. They teach them to stay in line, not talk out of turn. They don’t even teach them how to ask questions. Just keep your mouth shut and follow the state’s curriculum to the T and be a good little boy/girl….and then they go on instagram and youtube and act a fool. Only now you can’t erase it, or block it out of your memory.

What’s the anti depressant medication statistics today? Another world record breaking year in pharma anti depressant drugs, correct?

The downfall of society is neigh

What people call "love" is just a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed. It hits hard, then it slowly fades, leaving you stranded in a failing marriage. Your parents are gonna do it. Break the cycle. Rise above. Focus on science.

If I recorded all the dumb s~~~ i did when I was 16 I imagine I would just be getting out of jail this year

Ohh F~~~! I’m glad that most stupid stuff I did weren’t recorded, because I’d probably be dead. One thing parents use to teach their kids manners these days are to record their behavior on the iPad, and then show them how they behave afterwards. It’s a simple feedback-loop were the negative s~~~ takes the p~~~ out of the kids and they starts to change their attitude.

The asian bitch from the link above literally has the attitude of “me washing dishes? N~~~~ please.”

    I watched the first video.
There were and are many tasks, that I have to do, that have nothing to do with my education. I must learn new stuff everyday. I must cope with stupid people and stupid mistakes everyday. I do it, and work a lot to go on, and earn money. I have it worse than that girl, for sure. (just, men don’t complain most of the time, it is no one who cares for us, we have to figure s~~~ out on our own…) ALL jobs are like that.

I am not defending the girl for being lazy, or being stupid enough to name her employer in the video and being stupid enough to speak all openly and with face and name, about a topic, that can get her in trouble. Just saying, she has some truth.

All employers want to make the most possible money by any means possible (because this is what business is all about), so:
    – they hire the minimum number of employees, for the minimal possible salary
    – they do not hire more people for the tasks that everyone is expected to be able to do (like cleaning and washing dishes, in the example) but expect the already hired people to do that too.
    – they expect people to “speed up” more and more with the more and more work,
-and they make the contract with flexible hours, or no one cares for the time sheet at all and they expect everyone to sell his / her soul and work 5x 10-12 hours a week (and some work from home), instead of the typical 5×8 hours, written on the contract. Because deadlines. And there are always deadlines. And there is always a lot to do, because there aren’t enough people or those aren’t experienced enough yet.
-And the HR department just tells you what to write on the time sheet, what they can paperwork with.(the normal number of hours, that has nothing to do with reality.) And no overtime hours paid. (at least I can be happy to earn a good money, that is a lot more than in my previous job, so who cares…)
-Forget about vacation days, forget about being sick and visiting a doctor. There is no time for that. I still need to work from home many times on the vacation days, because things still need to be done by someone, and no one will do it. Of course, days are given out on paper.
-Forget about private life. No time for that. Except reading this forum at late night. Yeah, and those who have a family or children, are sometimes allowed to go home earlier and guess what, the other single guys like me gets the work not done by them.
-And forget about only doing stuff that you were educated to. Things need to be done, and if you don’t know how then you have better to learn it as quickly as possible. No one cares if you don’t know it yet.
-And the more you know the more work they give to you, as the one who is able to do it the fastest.
-and in positions of mini-boss and upwards, one is being scolded for stupid s~~~ the people under him do or not do. And being responsible for stuff being done. Doing job himself if the team members cannot, or they went home. No matter what.

These c~~~s do know that employers look at Social Media, right?

    to that:

This is why anonymity is so key.

    This is sort of contradictory:
-speaking out the problems that exist. Workplace stress does exist. Last night in pharmacy, I realized, that I bought as tell-tale “stressed guy” stuff as possible: magnesium + B6 pills, a non-prescription antidepressant, lot of vitamins, and caffeine pills. Not even time for morning coffee on weekdays.
-avoiding being beaten up for speaking the truth. No employers like those employees who speak up against stupid s~~~ at workplace. This is why this always need to be as anonymous as possible.(for both the employee and for the company -to not hurt business, because they may sue one for it.)

Her complaints were corny as f~~~. She thought she’d only have to do ine job. Those managers aren’t idiots and definitely explained to the new hires that they would learn all the tasks.

She’s lazy. She even admits it. Amd her managers probably saw her sour attitude from a and mile away.
Young dumb c~~~s like hwr need to realize that you do your job to the best of your ability no matter what it is.

You’re on their time and if you don’t like it quit. Start your own business. Or, in her case become a cum sucking whore that makes all her money on her back. Because with an attitude like that she’s only good for one thing. Sucking c~~~s until they ejaculate.

Ungrateful children like that are a disgrace to the men who fought and died for this country. Bitch should be shipped off to the gulags in Siberia, where the words “gang” and “rape” sound like a vacation compared to what really goes on there.

I’m not the type of guy who gives up easily. And this is a very new company, prefer to sort things out. Not even the full staff got used to each other. there is all the confusion. May get better as times goes by.

And, starting my own business is not possible in this topic, we use very expensive stuff. This thing just is not like something that would work on small scale. I’d then need to do something completely different, and learn a lot more different topics, that takes time. Probably fail ad go broke.

My preferred quit plan is an early retirement (at the end of my 30s I guess, maybe sooner if I do things right, that’s less than a decade to go). I am well paid, sort things out, push things to be solved, collect money, and learn to invest. (but, investing is just another job, in point of view on how much time it really needs to figure stuff out)

I think this is the entire point of education in today’s world. It’s not about learning skills/useful knowledge. It’s all about conformity. You are taught that you are a worker bee, a wage slave, and that’s all you should be. You’re taught that if you don’t get through school, then you won’t get a job, and you’ll end up on the streets starving to death and shooting up H. School and society teach you that you will live in comfort if you can suck it all up, as long as you stay a good slave and do what they want you to.

It’s kinda sad, but that’s what education really is. Indoctrination.
