The attitude by Nadia Somma is a perfect example of why the system continuously fails children in so many countries. It focuses primarily on the feelings of the woman, disregarding the actual needs of the children.

Strange…I thought “women’s rights” was about equality. 50/50 co parenting with no party being forced to pay the other for their time with the children is about as equal as you can get. More women are graduating college then men these days…what is their justification for still needing men to pay?

Its our current regressive laws that set women’s rights back 50 years. If they want equality give it to them 100%, otherwise more and more men will just keep realizing traditionalism when its to a woman’s benefit and equality when its to a woman’s benefit leads to a s~~~ty, unfair deal for men.

It will be interesting how this plays out. If the bill passes it will probably just mean men end up getting f~~~ed harder in other portions of divorce…like an 80/20 asset split becomes the norm or alimony just because more expensive and more common.
