Divorce in Italy appears to get softer for men. However, it doesn’t mean the anti-male war has come to an end. I couldn’t believe it at first, but it seems that our politicians are s~~~ting their pants. They see we are not reproducing anymore, thus they try to make the divorce a little bit more appealing.

Like many Western countries, Italy in case of divorce granted to the wife the traditional child support™ and the alimony™ for the ex-spouse. Both very heavy financial burdens that can easily land a man straight in the middle of a road. In case of proven self-sufficiency of the wife, the man is not forced any longer to provide in order to maintain the previous standards of living she enjoyed during the marriage. The child support, obviously stays the same.

The Cassazione (Supreme Italian court) amended the previous set of laws in the view that marriage now is “Due to the modern social shifts (feminism, maybe!? LOL) marriage is now an act of responsibility and freedom, in which the affective dimension of spouses merges. However, said union can be terminated.”

The old conception of marriage was regarding it as indissoluble, family centered and no matter what, you have to stay together (namely, the old plantation fields).

That said, I’m not really suprised about this new tide. However, I expect it is a scam move to trick us again in the marriage contract. I still don’t see male reproductive rights, hence I’m this makes me even more suspicious. One of the striking points in my opinion is that the new point of view about the marriage doesn’t take in account the aspect of reproduction, in the sense of replenishing the gene pool or preserving the culture and national identity.

The femibeasts have devastated so much the legal machinery that I couldn’t trust it, even if every anti-male law would be purged forever. Personally speaking, the MGTOW lifestyle tastes great, too great to go back in the plantation. It’s a little too late. Science is progressing well and I feel hopeful. Sexbots will come to rescue us. <3

Now, IF the law said that the law that was in place at the time of the marriage took precedent over the current law, and IF the law was changed to be more beneficial to the men, and IF…… oh, who am I kidding. This is good news but the damage has been done to men worldwide. Too little, too late, most men will not forget how we got to this point. Marriage was always a sham but the laws kept changing little by little, screwing men over and few were paying attention and informing the rest of the men. Now things are so bad that they are trying to offer a bread crumb trail back to the plantation. Even so, history has proven that the laws can change overnight secretly locking a man into a union from hell.

Welcome italian brother! We have Eric Lauder too(master of the fleshlight, join the dark side), and I am sure that more italians are among our silent members, and with the lurkers and the ones that do not understand english we reach greater numbers.

About the young fellas, I see just a few of them dating or having relationships, most of them are filling their time with studies, jobs, videogames, whatever. The problem is the heavy weight that the bluepill puts on their chests, I’ve been there and know that feeloing pretty well. Breaking up that wall of illusions is the only way to understand how things really are, and that no woman will ever be able to fill that void, because the bluepill is just an illusion.

I’m happy to hear from you! Yes, I’m pretty convinced too that there are some more Italians here and offline. It’s the logical consequence of a society that has turned against us.

Honestly, I see in Italy the relationships are getting a rawer and rawer deal every day it passes. I agree with you about the bluepill burden that weights on the boys. I’m optimistic, though. I periodically organize missions abroad to have some fun f~~~ (pay or free, it depends) and get easy and drama-free holidays. I had people who previously shamed me for this joining these missions, and apologizing after having witnessed the difference. I think it speak for itself, LOL.
