Many would be dreading this moment. I am not. Again. I recorded EVERYTHING. How people get so Irked when they know they are the ones being watched and monitored.

I am now Hopefully getting a trail hearing date that will allow me request a Jury Trial. Remember, VAWA HAS NOT BEEN RENEWED! This means that I can request a Jury trial on not just my probation violation, but the whole ordeal from the very start. That Includes the Original no contact order.

I don;t want to give to much away on the first post, so let me get into it in the second post so that it hides it from public view. I want to get into the details.

Where you live, do VOP hearings provide the right to a jury hearing? Can’t ass/u/me that. If it ain’t in your State/local statutes, it doesn’t exist.

IMickey, I know you are an intelligent dude, BUT even if you make your point and are right, those in the law field won’t appreciate/accept it. They would have to re-establish precedent, and that ain happenin’ because you are “RIGHT.”

Sounds like you have a plan… but please do get a good lawyer. It’s not unheard of for judges to “lie by omission” in their instructions to juries.
