I have been trying to think of something and can’t. Just trying to come up with a logical reason to pair up. The only reason (and it is illogical) is because we are without reasoning ability when the sexual hormones are flowing through out bodies

A good question ultimately. I’m pretty sure your question is the reason for the commandment of “cleave unto each other, go forth and multiply”. After original sin, God knew that women were at best “difficult”. Look at all the verses that decry women. One, I can’t remember where it is, says “it’s better to live alone in the desert than to be with a disagreeable woman. I’m thinking that the conditioning that I’ve gone through was so complete that the answers so obvious eluded me to catastrophic ends.

VCT….I had that same brainwashing. Religion and church was used to blue pill me for more than 1/2 my life…to those same disastrous ends.

What I am seeing now for the very first time is that “true nature” of women that is a real pain in the ass at best and simply terrifying at worst. Even the best NAWALT still requires the man to stay on his guard, stay tough, and push against the nature because it never goes away. They always want something more. They always want you to do something. It is incredible once you start to see through the matrix.

Through much study and work I have learned how to deal with it, but now I am questioning, “why bother?” I have been trying to think of anything they can bring to the table that would make it worth the struggle. I guess it used to be kinda of worth it for the sex, but now nearing 50 all the women in their 40s are so flabby, lose and ugly that they can’t even arouse me.

I am actually starting to think that “monk” might be a real option…I never truly thought it would be and it scares me to say it, but my logical brain can come to no other conclusion given the current state of our society.

I disagree w/some of the guys here. Take it for what it’s worth.

Women bring things to the table, sure, but at large cost & risk. You can get those things less expensively & with less risk without a wife/gf.

Women are soft, smell good, can cook/clean etc – yes, those things bring a certain value to my life. But if you’re in a relations~~~ those positive qualities come at a huge cost (divorce, cohabiting & paying all of the bills, paying for dates), and risk (false rape allegation, false DV allegation, spermjacking to name a few).

You’ll get a better deal outsourcing, just like companies do when they fire fulltime employees & hire contractors instead – less total cost, less risk.

Anything valuable they COULD bring to the table? Sure. Love, loyalty, companionship, being a nice person to be around. They COULD bring a ton of things to the table. It’s just that most women choose not to. They expect their Prince Charming, but they don’t act like the princess that he chooses.

The honest truth is you can get all those things from good friends. They only thing you can’t get from your good friends is sex. They COULD offer everything a best friend brings to the table AND sex, but instead they use the fact that you want sex to force you into a trade off. Yes I can think of one- humility. If you look at the successful 5% of marriages where both partners are happy you notice that the woman has surrendered the arrogance and replaced it with a desire and respect for the man who she relies on for whatever value he is adding to her life.
Most women were never taught how to do that which is why it’s so easy to say AWALT but in my mind I know better. I also know that from my many failed relationships that a unicorn could fall out of the sky and knock me unconscious and I still would not trust it.
