I noticed that Los Angeles (no surprise) is going to require all major venues that have concessions to offer vegan items on their menu.

I recommend a raw potato in a paper bag as the mandatory vegan option. Priced at a reasonable $20 per potato plus a $5 bag surcharge.

    Barbequed cat for me please.

Wonder how many blue pillers give up eating meat to please their vegan girl friends? Think as many as those who decide to love cats?
Him – “Wow, babe, this sprout salad is the bomb!”Her – “Shut up and finish! The cat’s litter box needs changing.”Him – “Yes, dear.”

Dude this was me in my blue pill days. Ex was vegetarian, hated meat with a passion. She never said upfront “I want you to become vegetarian”, but slowly applied pressure bit by bit: first she didn’t like me cooking it, so I have cold meat. Then she doesn’t like it in the flat, so I eat it when we go out. Then she doesn’t want to kiss me after I’ve eaten it–such bulls~~~, I hate how women learn to get their way through this kind of covert tactic.

In the end I gave up meat just so she would shut the f~~~ up.

Needless to say once I left her a lot of animals perished in celebration. Kill the fatted calf? F~~~ yeah.

Definitely some fair points being made here about diet/health etc., and I also think there’s a lot wrong with battery farming/modern farming methods. Sure, maybe it’s better to eat well-farmed meat and pay a bit more for it. But I think vegans are heading towards becoming an extremist paramilitary organisation. There’s been some serious discussion of banning or rationing red meat in the UK recently because of climate change. F~~~ that.

How do you know that someone’s a vegan? Don’t worry, they’ll tell you.

There aren't holes in your pockets. It's called marriage.

One doubt, why are you vegetarian? Any reason in particular?

    (1) Health reasons. Here in the UK, the quality of regular meat and poultry is now so bad that frankly, it shouldn’t be eaten. Westerners eat too much meat anyway. In our natural state out on the veldt, we would occasionally eat small game.
    (2) Ethical issues. Not pity, but compassion – which is not to be confused with sentimentality.
You can live on a vegetarian diet and be perfectly healthy – millions do. The main catch with a vegetarian diet is that you do have to understand the nutritional value of ingredients and be able to cook properly.
    Veganism is different.

    Very well said Monk.

    Peace is > piece.

… I think vegans are heading towards becoming an extremist paramilitary organisation.

They are highly organised and increasingly violent. Intimidation of farmers is now commonplace.

Back in the 80’s ‘animal rights’ activists began a bombing campaign, with bombs being placed under the cars of medical researchers.

The authorities acted with alacrity, classing it as terrorism (which it was – although the fact that it interfered with Big Pharma may have had more to do with it).

Interestingly, where vegans are involved, the authorities are reluctant to act.

There’s been some serious discussion of banning or rationing red meat in the UK recently because of climate change.

No coincidence. The switch to a war economy invariably means a reduction in meat production.

So, basically you buy more tamales from the guy or lady on the corner. Got it.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
