After an Irish girl, went home and told her parents that consensual sex occurred.

The parents, objected to the relationship.

A female under 17 cannot be guilty of statutory rape regardless of how young the male is.

A 16 year old female cannot be charged for having sex with a 12 year old boy for example.

But a 12 year old boy can be charged for having sex with an underage girl(but 4 years older than him).

Rape is the insertion of the penis into any orifice without the consent of the person receiving the insertion. Therefore women essentially cant rape as they don’t have a penis, even if they force you to have sex with them it’s not rape.

Throughout Irish law it is assumed in many places that all women are victims of sex and all men are trying to coerce them into it.”

Thinking back to high school years, myself and the guys I grew up with dodged so many bullets. S~~~ wasn’t just as fubar as it is now, but still.

I don’t think either of them should be punished, they’re just teenagers doing what teenagers do. The girls parents and the laws that support their claim are the problem in this case.

So, if a sixteen year old girl molests and rapes a six year old boy, the six year old boy is charged and imprisoned for rape of the sixteen year old girl?

In Ireland there are two offences of rape which in effect create four forms of rape. [Statutory rape has, following a ruling of the Supreme Court, become a sexual offence, rather than rape.] The Criminal Law (Rape) Act 1981 states that if a man has unlawful sexual intercourse (unlawful here being a reference to the old position that any sex within marriage was lawful and so a husband could not rape his wife) with a woman who does not consent and who he knows does not consent or is reckless as to whether she consents it is rape. The jury can however consider whether he had a reasonable belief as to her consent, so, even if the woman does not consent if he has a reasonable belief that she did, this is not rape. This section is also heavily gendered: only a man can commit rape and only a woman can be a victim. This is form 1.

The Criminal Law (Rape) (Amendment) Act 1990 introduced a very different definition of rape, known as rape under section 4. This section states that a sexual assault that includes penetration of the anus or mouth by the penis or penetration of the vagina by any object held or manipulated by another person. So in addition to the above definition of rape it is now the case that if a man, without consent, forces another person to perform oral sex (form 2) or has anal sex with another person (form 3), male or female, it is rape. If any person, male or female, inserts an object into a woman’s vagina (form 4) this is rape. In many ways this inclusion of penetration by object is commendable (as we’ll see it has yet to happen in the UK) however if a woman has an object inserted into her vagina against her will this is considered rape, but if a man has an object inserted into his anus it is not. This seems quite anomalous and perhaps suggests lingering prejudices regarding homosexuality. In Ireland all forms attract life imprisonment.

    EQUALITY???

The definition of sex, and rape, as only the insertion of a penis (by perpetrator) into a vagina (victim) is ignorant. Some primitive African tribes hold this stupid belief and therefore believe that not only rape but any sex between 2 women is impossible. No penis=no sex. Therefore lesbians cannot exist.
A corollary of this is that only someone with a penis can rape and women can only be victims. Women cannot rape, no matter how young their partner is because they do not have a penis. How ignorant can people be.
Fortunately female teachers in the U.S. who prey on their underage students (both male and female) are now being prosecuted for statutory rape, though lesbian groups are coming to the defense of these predators. Shame on dykes.

This should be an interesting court case to watch.

I am starting to believe that Muhammad was a MGTOW. He was likely driven to the desert by a woman. When he came back to civilization to institute a religion, he decided to make sure no woman would have a voice in his religion, and no woman would ever screw over a man again.

I think all forms of Homosexuality (not rape) attract life imprisonment.

    Because … Ummm … Patriarchy???

So, if a sixteen year old girl molests and rapes a six year old boy, the six year old boy is charged and imprisoned for rape of the sixteen year old girl?

Unless she used her penis, or inserted another object in his vagina … Hmmm … Misogyny???

Look up “Forced to penetrate ”

The feminists hide this under mountains of bulls~~~ misinformation.
Best thing a man or boy can do is keep a careful distance from women. All over the world.

I don’t think the irish see this point of view. They don’t believe women can be rapists. Just because they have rarely experienced such cases.

They will amend the laws once the devi starts to show its face. But it will obviously be too late.

    In the meantime, irishmen, beware!

Give it a few years. Culturally, feminism has not yet fully hit Ireland. In a few years, after a rash of child molestations from women against very young boys, many there will likely change their minds on the matter.

Irish society is deeply gynocentric they just don’t get as much press. I’m Irish, living in Ireland and have done for nearly all of my life (I’m 31).

Exactly. That’s exacty what’s happening over here in India. Though ‘feminism’ hasn’t officially hit the country, men are already very much degraded. Its like having HIV AIDS: a weak immune system which makes an ordinary infection fatal.

I just hope I could go outta here to some place safe and sound. God help me!
