Hey guys, I’m Cliff but where I’m from they call me Chase Pesos bc I’m always on my grind. I have tons of respect for all of my brothers in the struggle and you have taught me things my father never could because he is less experienced with women then me lol.
I posted a piece over the weekend about a more recent situation. Here’s another that really morphed me.
When I was back in college, I met this one girl in our first class. Smoking hot Italian ballet dancers. My bros on the Football team gave me a lot of props for semi pulling it.
The thing is I come from a single father home and my college hosted a lot of rich ivy league rejects. Even though me and this girl would chill together and do everything but f~~~, I knew she was all about the money.
I never smashed bc she was a certified virgin. I could feel her hymen and everything. I hate my own blood and dont want a chick bleeding or crying everywhere. I remember saying those exact words in the locker room once not knowing my coach was around until he walked by cracking up!
One day she and I were walking around campus holding hands after studying for a final and she pulled the let go of my hand to fix her hair trick when she see some loaded dude she also talked to.
I was p~~~ed and did not speak to her for an entire school year because of that. I should have kept it that way but she weaseled back in.
Junior and Senior year go by and we stay cool. She moved to NYC after graduation and I worked there so we would chill sometimes. She lived in like a nunnery bc NYC is expensive for people that don’t make a lot and they didn’t allow guys in.
A few years of the same went on and I hit her up to let her know that I was at my boys in NYC for the weekend. When we meet up she throws herself on me and we have dinner… The beginning of the end brothers.
Things are going well, she tells me that she loves me totally unprovoked and I say it back but the words mean nothing to me bc my mom fed me the bs lies in between crack binges.
I have hawk vison growing up playing Football, basketball and baseball so I see her answer a text from a dude named Justin at dinner! I play it off very cool, but this chick feels the need to tell me it’s her mom and she has my undivided attention! In my head, I’m like damn playa lol.
We go to my boys crib and we have a great night, probably one of the best nights bc I actually wanted to be with a chick for once lol.
The night ends and things are going great for a period after.
In time I see a drop off in communication so I say to myself, don’t text this chick first and sees what happens.
6 months go by and then a year. Finally I check Facebook and say that she was married to Justin lol and yes he is loaded. I just froze and store at the screen. In a few days, I snap out of it.
I sent her a message saying don’t even bother writing back but I just want to let you know that I’m not mad you found happiness, I’m just mad that you didn’t say goodbye bc you know things many don’t like my mother abandoning me so it’s beyond effed up that you threw me away like trash. I told her if She ever sees me again, don’t look my way and don’t say s~~~ to me. I ended it off by saying keep taking care of yourself, you’re good at that.
I’ve seen friends die, cousins shot. I have almost all my male relatives locked up and this s~~~ made a thug cry.
Leave them alone and just… Chase Pesos. I’ve never been the same.
