This is the first time I have written an introduction on a forum….

My name is Mike, I am middle age and from the UK

I recently discovered the term MGTOW but have been MGTOW for quite some time, in fact since I got baby trapped back in my 20’s, it was so long ago now I no longer have financial obligations…yay (except I have a daughter and you know how that might be)

Anyways I was doing some soul searching recently and discovered MGTOW and it actually put a name to something I had already known, it’s pretty damn cool knowing I am not the only “oddball” out there who just can’t make sense of these “social norms” the realisation that I am not that “odd” after all was a huge weight off my shoulders, so much so that I am happy to embrace and discuss MGTOW with people.

This is also one of the nicest looking websites I have visited, very swish, great job.

I think I felt the same way when I got here – a lot of guys do. It was a pretty big relief for me to find out that I genuinely and honestly didn’t deserve or do anything whatsoever to ask for the pile of s~~~ being blamed on me by society at large except for being born with a Y chromosome.

    Welcome!

I noped out of relationships three years before I found MGTOW. Like you, it was a relief to discover so many other men had come to the same conclusion — that the chaos and drama women unleash on my life is simply not worth the small moments of pleasure.

Welcome to the forums. This is a good place.

    Welcome!

    Nice intro Mike!

it’s alarming to femstappo’s plantation to see the “social norms” are to abandon and abort the thought of any kind of sustainable happiness with today’s horrible women. There’s allot of us here that went our own way 10, 15, 20 or more years ago, I felt the same way as you do when I discovered there were others! Welcome to the stampede!

Very good to welcome you Mike and thanks for your intro (and kind words).

Anyways I was doing some soul searching recently and discovered MGTOW and it actually put a name to something I had already known, it’s pretty damn cool knowing I am not the only “oddball” out there who just can’t make sense of these “social norms” the realisation that I am not that “odd” after all was a huge weight off my shoulders

It’s a very common first reaction. Was mine too. Another new member wrote to us the other day and said “FINALLY!!!!!”.

Join in any time you’re inspired. And congrats on your arrival!

Welcome Mike, I’m from the UK as well and yes just like you (and pretty much anyone else here) I thought I was the oddball too, boy was I wrong, we are legion!!

This is also one of the nicest looking websites I have visited, very swish, great job.

I am addicted to this place! Full of wisdom and very helpful and understanding members here.

I am sure you know- Mike – but that feeling of reading something that just clicks – something that only a like minded person can mirror. In few less words but with big resonance. The speciality of the moment that so few CHOSEN people in the world can relate to… lol…

That is what mgtow dot com is about.

Like a good wanking session after no fap for a month. Uhh yea!

    Welcome.

    Welcome
Ditto to finding MGTOW. I had the same feelings before and after I found it.

Welcome brother. I find it “odd” that these people find it “odd”. I find them “odd”.

The weight has been lifted. You were right to question the societal fabrication that is going on today. There has to be another way. Welcome to finding the way, but I have a feeling you knew about this all along.

    Cheers!

You came away from it all pretty unburned considering how the UK works.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
