Brian,
My experience with journalists previously has been that they are generally under pressure from their editor/bosses to write things that sell newspapers and magazines. Like any business, employees of news sources and magazines are expected to earn money for the business. Bosses may care about journalism. But they care about generating sales, making money for the publication, and keeping their jobs more. For anything I’ve ever been interviewed by a journalist about, I got the impression when I read the story that the article was written before the interview ever took place, and that the purpose of the interview was not to gain information on which to write the article. Rather, it was to give the appearance of accuracy to an article which had already been written before the interview occurred… and which had been written in such a way as to generate the most sales. My interview was only done to make a previously written article seem more credible. But none of this necessarily applies to you. You and your editors may well deserve the benefit of the doubt as much as the next person. Still, you are about to write an article about thousands of anonymous people which will really have significant impact on only the person who owns this website. The rest of us are anonymous and have no website or reputation to be impacted either way by your article. I would not be willing to risk a journalist using me or my interview to damage the perception of a site that doesn’t belong to me. I’d rather have people find out about the site through their own searches some other way, then come here without preconceptions and make their own decisions about what they find here.
But to be fair, I would suggest this: Post your interview questions here in this thread. Those who choose can send their answers to the owner of this website and he can select a sample of the most representative answers and pass them on to you in your email. Realistically, the membership here is so widely varied that there is not one or two of us that you could interview that would give you a representative perception about the whole list of contributors here anyway. But the owner here is the one person among us all who has read every single post from every single member. He is the one person best suited to select a set of representative answers to the questions you post here. And since he has the most at stake, should fairly have the decision over what gets presented for use in an article that will most affect his website.
I would be willing to answer your interview questions this way if you think this is acceptable. But I wonder: would you be willing to answer a few of my questions? Just for my own curiosity, how did you first hear about this website? What’s your impression so far? Have you done any other research about why a man might make this decision? If so, what have you found so far? What’s your impression of the idea of mgtow based on your own personal experience with American women in your own personal life? Mainly though, I would have the same question for you as I have for any other person who I interact with through this site: What’s your impression of the idea of marriage to an American woman based on your personal experience with them so far? Post a personal introduction and them pick a few of the topics here, maybe one of the most popular from each section (craziest woman you ever dated for example) and post some responses. I’m going to try to follow on your posts so I don’t miss any of them.
I really am interested in your experiences, but I’m probably not the only one. The more you post about yourself, the more likely the owner is to get an increased number of responses to your questions to pass on to you…
Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you
I’m probably like a lot of the guys here.
Went to top gun section for a few hours, and I “got” what MGTOW was about. Went to relations~~~s, and completely empathized.
After a week, started tweaking the path I was already on. There are no cliff notes for what we have been through, that’s why it’s so hard to raise kids knowing what they are going to face….to impart wisdom without experience. Don’t know of anyone who has NOT burned themselves on a stove, though I also know that everyone was taught that stoves are hot.
Everything that guy needs is posted on the site. Yea, we are all c~~~s sometimes, but those kind of reactions are expected with men.
If he thinks he offended anyone by the couple of comments he got, then he hasn’t read a lot of posts. Besides, I’ll take insult coated good advice/insight over kid glove bs anytime.
PS: love the comment about MGTOW being like the Viet Cong. Anyone who understands asymmetrical warfare will understand that MGTOW is precisely…..that

MGTOW are the Viet Cong of the gender war. The MRA’s don’t like us because while we agree with them on some things, we won’t be their “cannon fodder” in a war we know they can’t win. PUA’s hate us because they can’t make money off us. Feminist hate us because we won’t fight them. Women hate us because we won’t give them what they want.
And like the Viet-Cong, the attacks on us only act to drive our recruiting and there is nothing a single one of them can do about us.
We control the jungle.

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts. The story ran this morning and can be found here:
@brian….
I only have a problem with this… why did you add a “WE” – in square brackets – when I would never speak on behalf of others with a “WE” about who they would/should vote for.
Given that it seems likely we’re about to have our first female president, I ask Keymaster about the upcoming election. “There’s just no way [we’re voting for Hillary Clinton],” he answers. “For so many reasons. She’s not a person of integrity, for starters. MGTOW really holds integrity as a virtue. That’s not to say MGTOW will endorse Trump, either. See, voting is just giving your consent to be governed. So, by casting your vote, you’re saying I want you to rule me. Doesn’t matter who you vote for. MGTOW is against the concept of voting for any government!”
Do you understand now why you got the reaction you did from others??? Because this is what you do……
Given that it seems likely we’re about to have our first female president
How does that seem likely to you when you can see her coughing up into her own drink, and being dragged into a van because she can’t even stand up?? Did you write this HIGH?
His response surprised me: I wasn’t anticipating an anarchic battle cry.
YOU’RE SURPRISED???Do you REALLY think a man should want to vote to be governed by that??
INTEGRITY.
Look it up.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got. Thanks for your correction KM, the bracket quote was added by me editor in the name of clarity, but have been removed and now reads:
‘I ask Keymaster about the upcoming election. I assume MGTOW’s not endorsing Hillary? “There’s just no way,” he answers.’

When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.
I’m gay, so not much.
I did sleep with one woman though when I was 17. She’s since transitioned to a man, so I don’t think I get credit for that one anymore. (here’s that story)

When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.
tbh i can’t generalize, and most of my friends are men
I’m gay, so not much.
Well that explains it all, and reveals why you feel a need to call men…….. “straight”. Which is pretty odd, when men are DESIGNED to be “straight”.
“Hello, You’ve reached the department of redundancy department!!”.
the bracket quote was added by me editor in the name of clarity
I gathered that, but and a courtesy you could have run it by us first, because its important, and whenever anyone asks how I would vote, I deliberately answer WITH A QUESTION “Isn’t voting just giving consent to being governed?” and leave it at that.
There is no need to say anything more than that to make the point.
F~~~ you and your gay Hilary vagenda.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.I don’t want to say I told you so, but I told you so.
How’d everyone like being compared to grammar school students?
I found the last three weeks I spent in the MGTOW Manosphere to be, for better or worse, reminiscent of 6th-grade recess — playful, petty and short-tempered. Make no mistake: These guys are bullies.
Did you know that Keymaster lords over us?
For instance: The Keymaster may lord over the MGTOW.com forums…
Or that we fixate on women drivers rather institutional biases in the society, culture, and the courts?
And finally, this old saw — women are dangerous drivers: “You wanna make women safer drivers? Take away the car! Or at least take away her cellphone and spray-paint all the mirrors flat black!”
The rest of the hit piece is simply more of the same. About the only thing positive you can say about Smith’s piece is that it isn’t as bad as the s~~~ published in The Daily Mail and Independent recently.
Brothers, the next time you want to help a “journalist” let them interview the Empty Chair.
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
Well that explains it and reveals why feel a need to call men…….. “straight”.
If we titled the piece “The Men Who Want Nothing to Do with Women” most would assume the story is about gay men, which would be totally inaccurate.
I deliberately answer WITH A QUESTION “Isn’t voting just giving consent to being governed?”
which is how we quoted you “See, voting is just giving your consent to be governed. So, by casting your vote, you’re saying I want you to rule me. Doesn’t matter who you vote for. MGTOW is against the concept of voting for any government!”
tbh i can’t generalize
Well, seems you don’t want to in THIS case.
Certainly capable of it while writing an article.
When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.
Well now.
Was anyone really surprised at yet another hit piece from a rag trying to be mainstream? Or the comments? What, no men were willing to re-enforce your bias so you quote only women’s views about men’s reactions to what life for men is really like?
I will agree with the comment about when woman join a profession, men leave it. Do you not understand or see the reason why men leave it?
From just my personal experience with this. usually, not always mind you, but USUALLY, the work load and expected results are lowered for the women, and the men end up being overburdened with their own work load as well as a minimum of 1/2 the woman’s job as well. After a while you get tired of it and leave. I am paid as a single employee, not 1.5 or 2 employees, she can “earn” her own wages.
The job I just left, had dropped the maximum allowable single person lift weight from 65lbs to 20lb for OH&S reasons. Yet every man in both shops had to still be able to lift 65lb and more, and the women would cry for help to lift a 20lb box.In the army of my Nation (in which I served for 25 years in the combat arms), it was exactly the same. Men worked harder, got the s~~~tier jobs, stayed in the field with injuries, and ended up covering the duties of another soldier because that soldier was a woman.
Yet all I have ever heard was how rough it was for women. The whole time having pussy begging weak assed supposed men cater to them.https://features.wearemel.com/the-straight-men-who-want-nothing-to-do-with-women-2653920a42e8#.dv49iv4qx
I personally have had my feet on the ground in over 3/4 of the countries of this f~~~ed up world and have literally bled in 1/2 of those helping and defending others. I have also been married twice, divorced twice, and had to rebuild my life 3 frigging times. As a disabled veteran, I am still expected to work, earn, and provide for not only myself, but others as well.
Not bad for a little dicked, basement dwelling, neck bearded, video game playing, misogynistic loser who cant get laid huh?And you have the gall to be purposely obtuse about the subject matter of which you write?
No wonder people in general, and I in particular have no trust, nor interest in people with limited integrity like you. After reading your trash, I was not the slightest bit surprised that it would be a hit piece.
Not only is your slip showing princes, so is your bias.My supposedly juvenile self wishes that you suffer the experiences of most men first hand.
My more mature and better educated self is of the mind of,”May you live in interesting times”.There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it
If we titled the piece “The Men Who Want Nothing to Do with Women” most would assume the story is about gay men
That’s because the definition of “Man” has been successfully distorted by society, and further distorted by continually making distinctions.
When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.
If we titled the piece “The Men Who Want Nothing to Do with Women” most would assume the story is about gay men, which would be totally inaccurate.
Introducing MGTOW with “women” at all is totally in accurate in itself!!
But we understand why you did it.51% of people are women. That means even if you want nothing to do with women, you are MORE LIKELY going to meet or speak to a woman. It’s a dumb f~~~ng title because it skews perceptions and you know it.
You want to be accurate? You say:
• “The Men who absolutely see no benefit in signing a marriage contract”.
• “The Men who would rather have a LIFE than a WIFE”.….or even better…..
• “Meet the woman who are totally unbearable to live with date or marry”…. and show them the clips we sent you – while removing MGTOW from your article entirely.
Would you even dare? Do you even have the B~~~~??
We sent you 8+ video clips showing the outrageous misandry in the media, totally skewed gender biases and you leave it ALL out and say you’re “surprised” a man would absolutely not vote for Hilary.
Because you had to make “straight men” look like the weirdos.
Like we are the *odd ones* when really we’re the f~~~ing MAJORITY! 70% of men under 35 are not married in the US. That’s the f~~~ing majority. You call them “straight men” but that’s the majority. We are not the odd ones. We are men of integrity who have our s~~~ together.
Remember when you said “sorry you’ve had bad experiences with journalists”…? I have yet to actually speak with one. You’ll write whatever the f~~~ you want anyway.
I don’t want to say I told you so, but I told you so.
He didn’t do too badly. It could have been worse. But as a website we have an obligation to AT LEAST answer the questions so that they don’t just make s~~~ up. Brian made an effort to contact and for that he did better than the BBC scumbags. But they buried themselves just perfectly so it all worked out fine.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.
Anonymous3It is not really possible to see MGTOW before seeing MGTOW.
This is a paradox, but true.
I remember seeing a YouTube video, 2 years ago, with a guy asking MGTOW questions. I could not believe he could be asking those things!
The cultural and civilizational indoctrination is to strong and to deep.
It requires most men 3 failed mariages, a real long and painful marriage or a traumatic divorce to begin suspecting the truth!
Only a special few have the openness of mind to realize the truth without that earth shattering, painful experience.
So, how can we expect a journalist like Brian to understand?
Can a sunset be explained to a blind man?
@brian, in the confines of your world you did a good job. However we are not from the same planet. You live as a loyal subject of planet GinoEarth. Even if you are gay you still follow its commandments. We are aliens from a MGTOW planet.
You cannot let go of false images of the female gender. You cannot take them out of their holly throne or disobey their rules.
Because you think them being something, when we tell the TRUTH, you think we are bitter or hateful. Unconsciously you have taken a negative stance, even if you tried to be neutral.
Where, in this forum, you get someone defending rape? Where do you find us saying that rape is “not a big deal”?
Why do you have as a rule of MGTOW that rape is nothing for a woman? We complain about FALSE RAPE ACCUSATIONS after consensual sex! We expelled men for talking about forcing women or controlling them. WE DO NOT RESORT TO FEMALE BEHAVIOUR LIKE CONTROLLING OTHERS.
That is, purposely or otherwise, a false smear argument, carefully crafted and place to discredit MGTOW.
However, it is useless.
You may stir up the lynch party, but we disappear like ghosts. You cannot convince anyone to unsee what has been seen.
At most you can hurt freedom of speech, and prevent desperate men from finding the truth that explains their situation. The “introductions” forum is filled with examples how MGTOW literally saves lives. We are used to it. But you have that responsibility on your shoulders.
What you call playground kid rules is simplicity and honesty. You are no longer used to it on your planet.
You are used to people that lie to control how you see them. You are used to people that cannot tell you directly their opinion. You are used to ear only what is “appropriate”. You are used to slaves.
We are from another planet. We are the freemen of Dune!
Biased, dishonest, lazy, agenda driven yellow journalism is biased, dishonest, lazy, and agenda driven.
This is a prime example why there’s no point in talking to so-called “journalists”: they’re just going to print whatever s~~~ they wanted to print anyways. And they are incapable of seeing their own biases and false preconceptions or how those taint their writing.
F~~~ them.
At least there’s one good thing to come out of this crap. We now know to avoid dollar shave club as it’s clearly a service that caters to blue pill cucks and chumps. Congratulations on losing customers for your masters, Brian Smith, you stupid f~~~ing moron.
Sad part of this is that a large but shrinking portion of the gay community seems to think it’s their feduciary responsibility to protect the left agenda. I’d throw the feminists in this basket too. A few have realized that their loyalty will only be rewarded until the next minority group is targeted for exploitation. Feminism and homosexuality will go down in flames when, say, the Muslims are targeted as a tool for division and then given protection.
When you find yourself in the majority, it's time to reflect.
