    Gentlemen,

I found this very interesting and it supports my observations interviewing women for a tech job. They just perform worse than men, no matter how fair one tries to be. To me it is no wonder why they get paid less, at least in this field. I am more surprised why sometimes they still get jobs in this area and why they get paid so well for a poor performance.

We built voice modulation to mask gender in technical interviews. Here’s what happened.

interviewing.io is a platform where people can practice technical interviewing anonymously and, in the process, find jobs based on their interview performance rather than their resumes. Since we started, we’ve amassed data from thousands of technical interviews, and in this blog, we routinely share some of the surprising stuff we’ve learned. In this post, I’ll talk about what happened when we built real-time voice masking to investigate the magnitude of bias against women in technical interviews. In short, we made men sound like women and women sound like men and looked at how that affected their interview performance. We also looked at what happened when women did poorly in interviews, how drastically that differed from men’s behavior, and why that difference matters for the thorny issue of the gender gap in tech.

Men with female voices are performing better than men without. Women with male voice perform worse than with the female voice. This tells me women are actually measured better than they perform in reality. There is no glass ceiling, just worse performance.

A very good find mate, splendid! This article is going to be stored in my special little folder of redpill-knowledge. Always a good thing to store valuable examples like this for the future.

A research like this serves as a solid proof for an issue which most men already are very aware of. We know it, but we cannot say it out loud, not in public. This is an age of feminized society, political correctness and morals built upon feelings instead of common sense. Which is why articles such as the one above is never given much attention in the media. Research of this nature invalidates the modern socialistic ideologies, rendering them useless in the eyes of the public. Imagine how weak this ideology really is, to be shattered to pieces in the face of proven facts built upon serious research.

Men built civilization, of this there is no doubt. The very idea of civilization is, by default, masculine. We harnessed a rugged wilderness and converted it into farmland. We domesticated the wild animals that tried to kill us. We built the structures that defines a city. Our political systems, our monarchies, our freedoms and the duties which follow these freedoms are all born from the male mind. This is what men do, we build and we create things!

Women create the next generation of citizens to the world, while men create world itself. This is the balance between the genders, you cannot have one without the other. Being the natural order of our world, it has always been thus. To deny it is irrelevant.
