If she sees your face, she can identify you. If she can identify you, she can give a description to a sketch artist and have you before a lineup no problem. She can make the phone call at any time. At her discretion. You are not outsmarting anyone. And since you are a visitor, and not a US citizen, you can be detained at ANY time, for no reason in particular, and held without trial, without rights, and without due process.
