This story infuriates me. To think of all the time, money, and career opportunities he lost to an OUTRIGHT LIE with no evidence because the mangina task force has an agenda.

But the fact that he was acquitted is something. It seems that more often than not, a man falsely accused of rape spends a long time in prison, sometimes more than a year. Thank God he avoided that.

I find this paragraph in the article quite telling too.

What does this tell us? That the man’s girlfriend left him when he stopped earning and working in a relatively high status job. True. There is always a degree of subjectivity I justice -justice is that the powers that be want it to be and what the people under them will tolerate.
