Innocent bloke falsely accused of rape. Police failing to provide evidence

Now let me start by firstly saying I hate the Daily Mail, its a garbage news outlet but I almost threw up reading this:

It is worth reading but here is the TL:DR

22 year old bloke is held on bail for 2 years until his trial, accused of rape.
There is evidence (40,000 text messages) which proves his innocence, in fact the accuser is the one who is pestering him for sex, has rape fantasies, etc.
Police/CPS fail to provide this until the last minute.
Case is thrown out of court.

I don’t know what to say anymore. Where is the justice. Why are women allowed to do this?

The poor bastard was on bail for 2 years.

There was a famous case years ago (I was only 17 at the time) with a trainee accountant wanting to work for one of the big 4 was allover the news his reputation was ruined and his life.

The question will be when if ever the lying biatch is names and what her punishment will be.

Oddly enough a conversation about this sort of thing came up at work a few weeks ago. I said false accusers should get the same length of punishment as he would have got if found guilty. You can imagine the response I got form the tuna and manginas. The manginas then piped up about how rape was a terrible crime (no one said it wasn’t) and they would string them up by the b~~~~. Then of course they should not lie because it stops victims coming forward and they are never beliveed so I said I was more worried about the poor bastard going to prison when innocent-you can imagine the response I got.

Yes I know I should have said nothing-I find ghosting really difficult.

“Incompetent police” is redundant. Cops are professional white knights, nothing more. They knew the man was innocent, but they were okay with destroying his life as a sacrifice to the golden vagina.
