Innocent and Proven Guility (3 years Jail)

I really want to share this horrible story. This is the stuff in our society that really p~~~es me off… I hate injustice.

I know a pastor who worked primarily with inmates. He was a prison chaplain for the state… He has since retired. He told me a story about this one guy who was in prison for child molesting his own children. He swore he was innocent. He swore his wife lied because she was p~~~ed at him and it was her way of getting even.

This guy said his life was like Job in the Bible.. that’s the guy who was rich.. had a wife…pretty daughters..land.. ect… and lost all of it.. including getting boils all over his body. anyway…

Turns out he was innocent. Something happened and his wife (or ex-wife) felt guilty about what happened so she fessed up and his sentence dropped.. he was free. After three years.

This guy lost three years of his life in prison. He lost his reputation. He lost his kids. He probably almost lost his mind. All because his wife was p~~~ed at him and this was a way to get him.

This is an example of the problem with our society.. and it keeps getting worse. Because we lost our way in gender roles we now have problems like this. That was a man’s life.

Did anything happen to the woman who lied? I’m guessing nothing, and until that changes it will continue and get worse.

A conviction and sentencing based purely on the say so of one woman is by no means acceptable.
