A couple of young, hot, 20 something girls moved in next door to me. Its monday f~~~ing night and they are SCREAMING, partying…probably 10 girls in an apartment designed for two.

I stepped out into the hallway, and one of my neighbors who happens to be a gay man in his 50s was about to enter his apartment. We exchanged disgust for these c~~~s.

I told him – “wtf? We get two girls in one apartment and we have to hear this s~~~?”

His response was hillarious-

A couple girls left the apartment in question. I looked at them and said ” f~~~ing keep it DOWN!”

They didnt even look over at me. It was the type of non response that lets you know they dont even give a s~~~.

Im beyond disgusted.

F~~~ing c~~~s. Zero manners and sense of accountability. I cant stand f~~s, but Ill probably invite my gay neighbor over for a drink before I do these c~~~s.

It was a lot more fun when I wanted to f~~~ them; but the last time that happened it was an intelligent woman in her 30s.

This is why I DO spend money on where I live. I barely spend money in general, but I take care of my food and shelter as those are important.

Renting can be good but it has to be in a good area with a good amount of space. And it certainly can’t rent out to 10 young women. Sounds like it’s near a college somewhere.

That being said, I find the younger generations (18-23 year olds) of women are better now than the older Millennials, X and Boomers (pretty much any woman aged around 28+, actually maybe even 24+).

I went to great lengths to get out of apartment living. Most apartments I lived in had the noisy neighbor problem. And the noisy neighbors always picked nights when I needed my beauty sleep to face a hard day starting early in the morning.

Typical young female behavior. The world spins on their axis – and nothing less. I have seen these types everywhere here in the United States and I am sure the “disease” is spreading globally. My suggestion is similar to Ilearns – tune them out. They thrive on attention. The less c~~~s like these take up space in your mind – the happier you will be. They probably think they are hot s~~~. Hot maybe – but they sure sound like “s~~~”.

It may be late in the year for this depending on whether you are in the northern hemisphere or southern. Anyways, If your complex has Central air or air conditioning units, smear dog crap on the fins of their unit. This should inject dog crap odor into their apartment when they run their air. They are probably too dumb to figure out what is causing it or who did it and it will be amusing to hear them blow a gasket and accuse each other of tracking it in.

You can never win this type of battle. Even if the cops came over every night, the inconsiderate beasts would find a way to make life unpleasant.

This has happened to me many times. I finally just bought a house in an area the bitches couldn’t afford. I’m sure you could also rent in an older community.

The nonsense I tolerated during previous rentals was nothing compared to that, yet I deemed it a sufficient nuisance to warrant living out of my truck. So far as I see it, there is sufficient land that it is not an economic good, at least not where parking is concerned.

To rent is to p~~~ money away; one will never see that money again. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to live out of their vehicle instead of being a landlord’s money bitch.

100% agree. Where I live has always been paramount to me. I absolutely love where I live right now. The building Im in has a contract with international students , so obviously they are young and like to party. Typically this isnt a problem because 9/10 times they occupy the lower level floors. For some reason two of them are on my floor the past few months. The “party” stopped right after I was in the hallway talking to my neighbour. They must have heard us.

That being said: this is by far my most favorite place I have ever lived in. I live in the cleanest part of a very desirable downtown locale. Apartments on lower floors of buildings literally 50 feet from me go for triple the rent. My place is a small studio, but the views are insane. Over 500 restaraunts and bars are in the 2 city blocks surrounding me. I know I complained about the noise, it doesnt happen often at all but what enraged me is the utter disregard the girls had for anyone else. Wtf are you SCREAMING? Girls act like toddlers, its nuts.

Because they are entitled.
They feel entitled, but the worst thing is, the law is supporting their feeling of entitlement as well.
They can party all night without considering others because they have no punishment and the law favouring them.
They can do whatever they want and having no responsibilities.

Accept what situation you live in and going your own way brother.
But i’m sure you already going your own way, just like i do.

And you can call the cops at the first time.
My advice, next time that happen, call police immediately, no need to tell them because they just don’t care.
