Our dress code is smart casual. All the guys wear shirt, trousers & smart shoes…most of the women wear jeans, blouse & trainers…but I digress.

Oh yes. Most had a decent rack and had no problem letting you know it. This one woman wore a shirt cut so low I could see the tattoo on her left tit. Double standard for sure. In spite of that, the nicely decorated tit did provide some good fodder for a wank that evening, if I do recall.

For the most part, I’d rather avoid the risk of getting called to HR because I was staring at a woman…so I’d rather not have the temptation. I don’t see that happen much around here, but it does happen.

Most of the time, women break the dress code in non-attractive ways, like wearing open toed sandals or t-shirts. It goes unnoticed most of the time.

There are a lot of petty women around here though, so if a woman did severely cross the line, it’s going to be another woman who reports her. Upper management wouldn’t hold back either. It’s best for me to just stay out of it.

I was once asked to mentor a girl after some departments got merged and she ended up on our team. Cute (high 8), young (like 23, I was at the time 30), and highly coveted by the other men in the office. She wore a V-neck frilly top that had an absolutely inappropriate plunging neckline. She’s in my office, I’m writing on the board, she’s seated, and because of the height differential, it was impossible for me to NOT see her t~~~ (no bra–winning?) . There was no angle I could achieve to communicate without overt distractions.

Our only dress code is “don’t be a distraction.” Most people wear jeans and teeshirts, none of the women still working here dress up at all unless they’re going to a trade show and represent us.

Same person would later go on to accuse me of workplace harassment before leaving the company to resume an education in family law.

How many men are going to leer at her because she’s basically walking around the office in a bra, and if you leer at her she can bitch to HR and have you removed from your job. File a complaint with HR about her clothing, get your other male co-workers to do the same.

I hear ya! I have worked with women who wear mini skirts, stilleto’s, plunging necklines, they look like they are about to dance on a pole.

One day I went to the door to let a woman in, the door isn’t transparent, when I opened the door I was still looking down and of course she is wearing a plunging neckline, huge cleavage on display!

And yet on a hot day I can’t even wear shorts or a t shirt.

High School was worse, one teacher wore a long white woolen jumper, nothing else except black bra and panties underneath!
