Anonymous0Hi Keymaster,
I have a question about the Image Quality about the Images at the start page. Can it be that the Quality did decrease a little bit ? The Images itself are o.k. but I realised an Image noise overlayed. I am not sure whether it was always there.
Well, in my first Job after I left University I was working as a “video-engineer” in europe’s modernst Film and Video Postproduction companies, so I am sometimes looking at Images and Videos in a diffrent way than other guys are not so involved in this stuff. But maybe I see ghosts…LOL. Anyway a very good artwork, and I can retrace how much work and time you did invest in this Domain..once again thanks.
CHEERS!!!
Good eye Hollowmile! There is nothing wrong with the image quality on the images – or your eyes!. In fact, we spare no expense and insist on higher quality images and videos on the homepage to make it impactful and photo realistic while still keeping them optimized.
The “grain” you are seeing is INTENTIONAL and resembles “film grain”. It is a 20% opaque overlay. If you look closely, you will also see it is ANIMATED and moves. This gives the illusion of movement and life to an otherwise still image. We added it last week over the new “AVENGERS”-style poster image with the meteor impact. It makes for a more comic-book / retro look and feel and is no more than an artistic decision. Every once in a while we add it… and then take it away to make everything look “clear” but we are about to release a set of MGTOW Wallpapers in 5K and that is the first.
Again, good eye! And We’re so pleased you appreciate the effort we make.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.Samsung lied about the specs of their 2014 UHD TVs and a vast majority fo them have video compressions at 60HZ. I originally thought the grain effect was caused by the video compression. Thanks for shedding some light on this
Anonymous0Hi Oli,
my first thoughts have been also about the compression, but I got three different Monitors connected to my PC, one of them is a Samsung (50Hz), so I could easily compare the signals.
Anonymous0New MGTOW Wallpapers are ready to download…GREAT…YEAH!!!
