    footslog style…

Its a good workout and I lost weight over the time by walking fast always.
Its better for bones and joints than jogging or riding bicycle.
Also if you go jogging the effect remains only as long as you keep jogging on a regular basis.
One day you will probably quit and it was all for nothing basically.
If you get used to walk fast, you have a good exercise always for the rest of your life.
I dont get up just to take powerwalks, i combine my walking exercise with stuff I have to do anyways, like walking to the grocery store.

I highly recommend to try it.

yup, i already do this cuz i have no car, don’t like waiting for the bus. walking is peaceful.

a lot of people jog in a non perfect form and over the years, their knees become sore.

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

I walk my dog. It’s good for both of us, and we both like it.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

This is a great strategy, I can’t the remember the title, but there was a study done with comparing the Amish with the everyday citizen using the number of steps they took and overall health. The Amish came out significantly on top in both of course it could be impacted by diet and other life style choices as well. But walking is an underrated form of exercise.

I have no more problems with my Achilles tendon, knee pain, heartburn, migraines, sleeping problems and the best I got an incredible peace. I can finally think clearly. All blunted pesky morons reach me with their bulls~~~ barely, particularly no hysterical women (especially my wife) the energy thieves per se. Alone hike is Ctrl-Alt-Delete in Windows.

P.S. I walk every day at least 10 miles on weekend 13 Miles to half with 26 lbs. on my back.

The best project you´ll ever work on is you!
