So in February 2015, I weighed 215lbs, and not a lot of that was muscle. I know this because in September 2014, I weighed 140 lbs (I was 17). Around March, I decided to take charge of my health and lose weight. I went down to 190 through mostly cardio.

I began keep a graph of my weight to strength ratio when I began to work out. I started working out in late July. For reference, I’m 18, and 5’10.

    I started at:

    Bench Press: 90lbs
    Leg Press: 150lbs
    Incline: 50lbs
    Squat: 90lbs
    Bicep Curl 60lbs
    Tricep Machine: 90lbs
    Butterfly Machine: 90lbs

Currently, I’m 178lbs and am now at:

    Bench Press: 175lbs
    Leg Press: 415lbs
    Incline: 150lbs
    Squat: 225lbs
    Bicep Curl 160lbs
    Tricep Machine: 180lbs
    Butterfly Machine: 300lbs

I’m almost f~~~ing ripped. The muscle mass gain, to me, is ASTOUNDING. I’ve broken personal records I didn’t know I’d even get close to. However, If I can manage to cut about 10 more pounds, I’ll be where I’d like to be. I’ve hit a plateau it seems, and it’s hanging on around my stomach/chest area, making me look a LOT fatter than I am.

Sunday, one of my friends (250lbs+) jumped on my back. Now a couple months ago, I was barely able to stand carrying him. This time however, I was able to run with him on my back.

So what I’ve done is this: I’ve thrown out every single last piece of s~~~ junk food that I have, and have replaced it with trail mix. Not the bulls~~~ kind with m&ms and skittles in it, it has dried fruit and nuts only. It was calculated that I need at least 3100 calories to maintain my weight SO I’ve run a test today.

I packed 1 cup and a half of trail mix to eat throughout the day. That’s 7:00am to 10:00pm. I munched on that every 30 minutes, and it had the effect I was looking for- I didn’t feel hungry at all today. I had that, orange juice, and 2 homemade chicken quasadias when I got home for a total calorie count today of 1300.

If I keep that up, the weight should just fall the f~~~ off.

Which leads me to my final point. Every-time I see some Facebook or Instagram t~~~ saying s~~~ like “omg losing weight is so hard” or “being fit vs cake, cake wins” etc just disgusts me. It always gets hundreds of likes from equally lazy t~~~s I know locally. It’s promoting and feeding self-indulgent LAZINESS, pure and simple.

I talk to guys in the gym, and you know what their motivation was? “GETTING PUSSY”. I spoke to over 30-40 guys so far, and that’s all I’ve heard. Not “I want to take care of myself” or anything similar, just “I wanna get pussy”. F~~~ing disgusting.

I would like to know if this is a good plan for cutting the last of the fat off, because I’m not sure if this’ll have the effect I want.

    Go for it! Weightlifting rocks!

There is a gentleman of my acquaintance who is pushing 50 years of age. He lifts weights 15 minutes a day. He has the body of a Greek god.

Fantastic job! Keep pushing towards your goals. I used to lift a lot, have been too busy recently but this is inspiring me to get back at it. The best results I ever saw was when I switched to full body compound exercises – dead lifts, squats, bench press, upright row, military press etc. This site & routine is excellent: http://stronglifts.com/5×5/

Stomach fat is the last to go off and you can only do that with cardio. Cardio is such a pussy word, I hate it. But running and jump rope will get you your 6 pack. You just need to sweat your ass off.

The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!

Cardio is highly overrated. F~~~ cardio. Now don’t get me wrong, cardio is good but ONLY if done properly. What I mean by that is…….running on the treadmill or riding the stationary bike for an hour a day is completely the wrong thing to do. Doing kickboxing, boxing, or brazilian jiu jitsu maybe 3 or 4 hours per week……..that is GOOD cardio. Or even basketball or some sort of physical activity is good if you are not really interested in doing MMA type workouts.

Weight lifting is the answer to all your prayers. Keep at it.

They say do the “eye test”. Next time you go to the gym look around. Take a look around you. Look at the people on the treadmills and cardio equipment. They look f~~~ing miserable. They are fat, out of shape, and look like they are about to die. They never seem to look any better either! Then look at the people doing the heavy weightlifting. They have great physiques and smiling faces. They f~~~ing look good! Not the juice heads but the people who do it naturally. They look happy and they look good.

Fact: you can NOT change your body in a positive way from doing nothing but cardio. You need weights (or at least plyometrics if not weights). Boxing and wrestling/ Jiu Jitsu is a big plus. It helps you with FUNCTIONAL MUSCLES. What is the point of bench pressing 405 pounds if you can’t even throw a punch, slip or block a punch, or if you freeze up in total fear if someone wrestles you to the ground?

Women are parasites. Each and every last one of them.
