I would deeply consider that action. Not that it is not honorable to want to assist someone. But be weary, no good deed goes unpunished. Furthermore, you don’t want his disability to become a burden on you if you chose to leave. Be brutally honest with yourself and ask rather or not this is a lateral move, or a step up in your social-economic endeavors. Strongly consider the balance and options. I only say such because becoming dependent on someone who cannot work in order to survive/sustain is risky at best. Better to wait until you are capable of standing on your own two alone then make a move. That’s just my humble opinion. Think chess, not checkers.
