I’m Allergic To Christmas Trees!

I have forgotten about this until today. I’m not allergic to anything, and when I was younger, never had allergy or sinus problems. The only thing I’ve always been allergic to is evergreens. So Christmas trees are a problem for me.

When I got married, my wife grew up with a real Christmas tree every year. So she insisted we buy a real tree! I was blue pilled enough to take her s~~~. So for the whole month of December, I constantly had a headache and was overdosing on Benadryl and Advil. EVERY YEAR I DID THIS, and for what? I still don’t know. The older me would put my foot down and tell her to cut the s~~~, we’re buying a fake tree. But the crap I put up with when I was blue pilled and younger makes me wonder who I really was back then.

Looking back, obviously she didn’t give a s~~~ about my personal well being, and there are plenty more examples of this. Now that I’m MGTOW, I do what I want. And it feels so good.

I am allergic to them too, but for different reasons. Firstly, I am an Atheist. Christians, bare with me here; tell me, how would you feel if every year you felt obligated to join in on a “There is no God day” holiday? Now, mind you, you were indoctrinated into the deal during your childhood with PILES of presents, often TOYS! As an adult? I have been over it for twenty five years, but I still go because it is the only time I see all my family anymore…

Also, why real trees? Why big trees? I have been campaigning for a tiny, two or three foot tall portable plastic tree since I was a teenager. Why deal with this s~~~ along with everything else? Oy vey.

If I were you JD and had actual allergies that caused headaches and discomfort that would have been the last straw for me, I would have never gone to any Christmas celebrations as an adult.

I am only half Alien Carnage, we do have some shared blood though for sure.

You were a young man……..in training to be an adult man. Not only are we, as young men, often given no training manual, many of us are giving one that isn’t correct. Takes some time and personal gumption to overcome all that brainwashing. Involves pain, sometimes financial ruin, and disorientation in our lives. Many good men don’t make it. Congratulations JD, and my respect, you fought your way through all that and you came out a whole person.

I would not want to be an Athiest in December.
I like Christmas, but hate Dec.
It is an all out barage of stupid songs to make you cry and spend money.
Ive had Jewish freinds that would bitch about Christams, but when Ide go to their house, theyed have a tree up!

I’m a Christian and I can’t stand Christmas. I probably hate it more than you do. I see very little link between my faith and Christmas anymore. It’s a holiday for children.

Call me a pessimist, but Christmas has very little to do with Christ and much more to do with retail sales figures.

It’s lights off and zero TV from 14th-28th December.
