I don’t go to the beach anymore. The cops just circle around and arrest anybody drinking or smoking. Its just no fun anymore.

The cop did not have grounds to detain her, or even investigate her (I’m assuming there was no public complaints as they weren’t rowdy). She was merely sitting next to some unopened hard ice teas.

you really cannot arrest someone for being a jerk, but they asked for her name like three times, and they asked for her ID, both of which she decided they didn’t need. All she needed to do was to NOT act like somebody upon whom they should focus their attention.
I’m sure they didn’t come to the beach because of what she MIGHT do, they were probably there doing their rounds. I’ve seen plenty of cops do that up in Virginia Beach. I did get stopped by a mounted guy once, showed him my ID, and everyone kept going their separate paths after about a minute. I was looking at the video like,”Just give him the ID you f~~~in’ bitch!!” But alas. Not that lass. One thing I hate the most is how most of the media is trying to push it as the cops being nothing more than power tripping nazis, especially when they could report on the Tommy Robinson case where his rights have been violated, but that’s not news to them.

The Cop calls back up. My friend lays down on the ground with hands behind the back, to get handcuffed. Once the cuffs go on its STOMPING TIME. 4 Weeks in the Hospital, Critical Condition. 50% chance of walking again. The cops “lost all video footage” then charged him with resisting arrest.
