Morning Brothers;

I’ve just begun my journey and found huge satisfaction denying women attention. I’ve seen it myself & you guys have taught me it’s ALL women care about. They CRAVE it.

I’m not taking the MONK route, but for now I’ve decided to block women out of my life while I can focus on my own goals. It’s been eye-opening how I feel more of a man by just being aware of all the games / lies and tricks they’ll play JUST for attention. Denying it is my new favourite game 😀

I love the gym, but these girls walking round in yoga pants is ridiculous. You guys know it. The attractive ones are used to being oogled. I’ve started taking it away and they CANT HANDLE IT let alone understand why.

When they’re squatting on the mats I ignore them. When their ass is in the air on that BUTT machine, I ignore them. When they’re wiggling their ass on the step up machine I do the same.

Funny thing is – they can’t figure out why and they FOLLOW ME from machine to machine. From one end of the gym to the other. They hover around. It must be driving them CRAZY.

I’ve had it in the supermarket, in the bar, even out shopping. I can see them in my peripherals flicking their hair, pushing up their boobs, adjusting their figure. It’s HILARIOUS.

Even women that I KNOW are in relationships are doing the same. And let me say… the women at work are even worse!

You guys had any similar experiences?

I want to add, that local ones are rooted to some kind of bossy bitch looks, and when it comes to ignoring of their “icy princess look” it starts to produce… peculiar effects! I think, that Slavic females would show the spiciest frustrations, if you do that trick with them.

I’m a late 50s decent-looking guy in extremely good physical condition. Haven’t noticed too much of that, but maybe it’s just that I’m not paying any attention. Yup. I did an experiment on a smokin’ hot gal. Completely ignored, barely acknowledged her existence for weeks. She was in constant orbit whenever I was around. She just could not stand being invisible.

I have noticed similar behavior with others as well. Ignore them and they start getting more frantic in their efforts for affirmation. Ignoring them destroys their value and points out that they bring little worth paying attention to.

It can be satisfying as I remember all the times they ignored me, friend-zoned me, or bluntly asked me, “where have all the good men gone.”

I’ve noticed it as well. Refuse them attention and they can’t handle it. something in their brain clicks and they must get you to notice them SOMEHOW. Some are more desperate than others.

But this isn’t a dating site and I’m not going back to the societal servitude of being a “boyfriend” or any woman’s property. Pump and dump if anything all.

I still have to recover from laughing.

If you call them out on s~~~, they can become very violent and throw s~~~ after you.

Yep, when I had a gym membership (sadly my favorite local gym ended up closing) I’d ignore these yoga pants, camel toe showing, idiots.

Most have on make up and you’d have the right idea to wonder if they’re actually their to work out or trying out for a new season of Project Run Way.

I wouldn’t say I ignore them per se, and I wouldn’t exactly call it fun. By that I mean that I don’t set out to ignore women, and don’t really take any pleasure from their reaction. What I do is make a conscious decision to do nothing when around a woman, because there is no benefit to do anything in giving that woman attention.

I call it a conscious decision, but it is mostly an unconscious reaction at this point. And that’s not to say that I don’t recognize attractive women I do. I look because I enjoy looking. In the process, I do as little as possible to give them attention.
