I found this video by Spetsnaz today. It’s a reading of the poem “If” by Rudyard Kipling.

It had a powerful impact on my outlook on life. Since abandoning traditionalism and gynocentrism I’ve tried to establish my own definition of manhood. A set of personal standards. I’m not trying to convince you that this is THE set of standards, just mine. But I do think you can take something away from this to apply to your own life.

I have If tattooed to my right arm as a daily reminder of this code, to constantly try and live by this.
