They mention calling 911, I don’t think it was UK and the police badges were for Seatle (number for police here is 999).

If it was the UK, she was the one who committed several criminal offences. There was no sexual harassment. She committed a criminal offence against the man by making a malicious false accusation. She then committed public order offences of swearing, shouting and acting in a threatening manner in public to the security. There are likely to be very similar laws in the US.

I suspect the video cuts off where it did, because she got arrested by the police at the end.

If the police are as bad in the US as they are in the UK they probably arrested the man anyway, because here the police are a bunch of white knights who lie and fabricate evidence, presumably in an attempt to receive sexual favours.
