I can understand this person’s pain when it comes to hiring and working with most women. Women have so much more down time, toxic drama, inefficient working practices, and plainly are just combative in most situations. I unfortunately was forced to hire a few women in past jobs because of “equality” just to see the hires corrupt the efficient working environment we had. Now are all female workers like this, heck no, but most typical women are and it’s nearly impossible to find good ones anymore. I really hate to work with women especially in project oriented work settings as you always have to respect and coddle their “feelings” and “opinions” even if they are s~~~… with men you just tell them straight up it’s s~~~.
