She has already made up her mind to leave him but because he’s seen as being a ‘good’ man she needs a valid reason.
This is the best one she can come up with and she’s trying it out among the virtual-sisterhood. If it gets enough affirmation, she’ll use it on her friends and family.
If it gets shot down then she’ll come up with a different ‘reason’.
It would have been so much more entertaining had she listed ALL of her ‘reasons’ and then allowed the virtual-sisters to vote on the most plausible-sounding one.
She’s obviously not very bright – doesn’t she realise that women don’t need a ‘reason’ to walk away from a marriage?
