…compared to men, wouldn’t it make sense for businesses to hire mostly women so they can save money on labor costs? If you own a construction company, why spend $100,000 a year on labor costs for male workers when you can spend $77,000? I’m sure you’ve heard that women can do anything a man can do. So give them some tool belts and put them to work on that office building you drafted. You can buy yourself some nice gifts with the money you save. Any thoughts, guys?

I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Well then women are breaking even because women do at most 77% of the work expected of a man. Between sickness, maternity leave and period leave they are probably at work at most 77% of the time.
They definitely have ways of making up that loss. Thanks to big daddy government they can make up the difference through alimony, palimony, and child support.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.
